(iii) The contractor/ rep of the contractor will collect the complaint slips from AGE B&R-I Zone C complaint cell in GE Khadakwasla office by 9.00AM and submit the complaints reports of the same each day by 1730hrs after rectification, failing which penal recovery @ Rs. 100.00 per complaint will be recovered from contractor's dues. (iv) Urgent manpower for removal of blockage of any type, may be required to be provided by the contractor in day or night (on Sunday or holiday) on a short notice. If the contractor fails to provide manpower for the specific work, manpower for the same work will be hired from any other source for that urgent job by the department & shall be paid in full by the contractor without any extra cost to the department complete all as specified and as directed. |
