| 1 | M&L Preparing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with wire brush/brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags or by mechanical blower to remove all loose dirt etc to black top surfaces, and applying evenly a priming/tack (Viscosity grade paving bitumen of Grade VG-10) @ 5 kg per 10 Sqm to road surface bituminous asphaltic semi dense concrete consolidated thickness 30 mm with stone chippings graded aggregate with 5.5% of binder content by weight of total mix, (viscosity grade paving bitumen of grade VG-30) and 4% stone dust conforming to required specification for filler as per IRC-95, 1987 (filler) by weight of mix, prepared in hot mix plant, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient to uniform smooth surfaces by mechanical paver and rolled with 8 to 10 tone power roller completed all as directed and as specified. |
