| 1 | Supply, installation, testing and commissioning (SITC) of Arctic Air Cooler with Electrical Panel, comprising a 100% fresh air evaporative air cooling unit with three-side air intake through 10-micron air filters. The unit shall be fitted with Eco-Cool pads/antibacterial proprietary cellulose cooling pads (RoHS certified), centrifugal DIDW fan blower (AMCA Certified, Singapore), IE-2 efficiency squirrel cage induction motor (single phase/three phase as applicable) complete with pulley and belt drive arrangement, water circulation pump for spray through perforated distribution channel, metallic water tank with float valve, CPVC piping, and all other necessary accessories. All joints shall be properly sealed with 50 mm wide self-adhesive nitrile rubber insulation tape to ensure a continuous vapour barrier. The insulation shall be applied strictly in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations and project specifications. | 10 | Supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of flexible canvas duct connections, made of heavy-duty fire-retardant canvas, complete with GI clamping strips, nuts, bolts, fasteners, sealant, and all necessary fixing accessories. The canvas connections shall be provided between the air handling/cooling unit and ducting to isolate vibration and prevent transmission of noise.
