| 1 | Supply, Erection, Testing and Commissioning of 82.5 kVA, 3-Phase, 415 V, 50 Hz, CPCB IV+compliant Diesel Generator Set, complete with acoustic enclosure, suitable diesel engine and alternator, Inbuilt AMF (Automatic Mains Failure) logic control panel, Inbuilt Remote Monitoring system, automatic battery charging facility and all standard accessories, including necessary cabling, connections, installation, testing and commissioning, complete in all respects as per applicable standards and manufacturer’s recommendations. a. Power Cable: Supply and laying of 3.5 Core × 120 sq.mm, ISI-marked Aluminium XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed power cable, including suitable cable routing, laying accessories and cable end termination with suitable glands, lugs and accessories at both ends. b. Main Switch: Supply and fixing of 100 A, suitable-rated Main Switch, complete with enclosure and necessary accessories. c. Changeover Switch: Supply and fixing of 125 A, 4-Pole Changeover Switch, suitable for DG/Mains changeover, complete with enclosure and accessories. d. Copper Interconnection Cable: Supply and laying of 1 Core × 25 sq.mm Copper Cable/Wire for necessary interconnection, including all required accessories. e. Sensing Cable: Supply and laying of 4 Core × 2.5 sq.mm Copper Sensing/Control Cable, including necessary laying and termination accessories. f. Exhaust System: Supply, installation and commissioning of 3.5-inch dia exhaust piping with suitable silencer, including required bends, supports, flanges and accessories. Exhaust pipe and silencer to be provided with suitable thermal insulation/cladding. g. Earthing: Providing and installation of ISI-marked 40 mm dia GI Earthing Pipe, including GI funnel with mesh, watering arrangement and all necessary accessories, with electrode installed to a depth of approximately 6 feet, including suitable earthing compound such as salt and charcoal or approved equivalent, complete. h. Copper Earthing Strip: Supply and laying of 25 mm × 3 mm Copper Flat for DG earthing/interconnection, including necessary clamps, bolts and accessories. i. Unloading: Unloading and positioning of DG set. j. Testing & Commissioning: Complete testing, commissioning and trial run of the DG set and associated electrical works, including necessary connections and adjustments, to ensure proper and satisfactory operation. The above scope shall include all necessary materials,accessories, labour, transportation, erection, testing and commissioning required for the complete and satisfactory functioning of the DG installation. |
