2Labour for making Bore Holes of 150mm to 250mm dia. by any standard method to any depth below ground level / bed level in all kinds of soil like clay, silt, sand, stiff clay mixed with soil etc. except rocks (for the purpose collecting of disturbed and the undisturbed soil samples, conducting standard penetration test at suitable intervals etc.) including preparation and submission of bore-log as per IRC:75 and 78 and clause 2400 of specifications for road and bridge works (5th revision) published by IRC and also including hire charges of tools and plants complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.When Casing pipe is used to prevent collapse of bore hole (casing pipe to be finally withdrawn)Depth from 0 mtr. to 10 mtr.
