Name of Work:- Dismantling the damaged Duct, thermal insulation, supply & fixing of new duct and insulation incl. painting of the supply Air duct of Central Airconditioning system, at Netaji Indoor Stadium under Maidan Electrical Section-I.

1Carefully Dismantling pat by part after cuting the damaged porttion of supply air Duct.
2Carefully Dismantling the damaged insulation.
3Supply , fabrication & creation of factory fabricated rectangular duct of galvanized steel 0.80 mm thickness sheet as per IS: 277, class viii with 120 GSM. Zinc coating both side and fabrication standard shall as per IS:655 with necessary fittings & accessories as per site requirement
4Supply, Febrication & fixing 40X40X5 mmIron angel for duct joints & suport.
5Supply 70 mm foam board insulation (These materials help prevent heat loss or gain in the ducts, maintaining the desired temperature in the conditioned space) Fixing with Bitumen, self adhesive stickers, clips & others necessary materials.
6For radiant barrier insulation Covering & protected with waterproof fiber net sheet fixing & covering it water registrant gum.
7Through scrabing the rusted portion of duct after claning painting by red oxide primer.
8Painting by weather cote paint (2 Cotes) the Fostering Cover same as existing colour.
9Making proper Scaffolding also making platform by plywood for safely work at 25 ft high and after completed the work dismantling the same. Please Enable Macros to View BoQ information
