Supply Of control panel , control panel for radiator fan motor of diesel engine for lhb power ca, a s per drawing: edts114,rev-b,am-1., packing instruction: alternator,rru, erru &accessories, t ransformer,bulk inverters , battery, charger, self priming monoblock pump, inverter, c hange over control box etc: suitably covered with biodegradable transparent polyth ene and packed in wooden cage: bottom frame to be made of wooden planks 20mm thick &should have support of at least 3 wooden battons of size 100x100mm of suitable leng th to facilitate lifting by fork lifter. each panel to be packed in wooden cage of suitab le dimensions made out of wooden strips of 20x100mm size. gap between each strip sho uld not be more then 100mm. the material used for product packaging shall be eco-frie ndly.a list should be pasted on each wooden cage showing order no, pl no, description of the item, drg. no/ spec. no ,qty, firms name &address and date of despat ch etc. note- 1) firms have option to provide qr code. for linkage of po, the cardboard box shall carry a qr code having details as listed below: a) name of the manufacturer <manuname> b) purchaseorder number <pono> c) purchaseorder date <podt> d) uniqu eserial number (or lot number for bulk items) of the manufacturer <manusno>or <ma nulno> e) dateof manufacture <manudate> f) deliverychallan no. <delchalno> g) deli verychallan date <delchaldt> 2.the qr code shall be as per iso/iec 18004 model2 and t he data shall be available as xml using the tags detailed above.
