| 1 | Material and Labour for on load filtration of transformer oil by continuous circulation of transformer oil through mechanical filters to achieve the desired dielectric strength of 40-60 KV for one minute at 2.5 mm gap including filtration of new transformer oil required for top up to oil conservator level complete all as specified. Note: (i) Oil samples are to be collected from top and bottom of oil tank and test results to be submitted by the contractor for each sample before and after filtration. (ii) New transformer oil required for top up will be measured & paid separately. |
| 2 | Supply and topping up new transformer oil as per IS-335 of dielectric strength 60 KV at 2.5 mm gap in transformers/CTs/PTs/Stabilizer of various capacity installed in various sub stations. Note: (i) New transformer oil in the transformer shall be filled in the transformer only after filtration and dehydration of existing transformer oil. (ii) Transformer oil shall be supplied in sealed barrel with test result and test certificate to be submitted by the contractor. |

Taking out the transformer from any substation using suitable capacity crane or by any other method irrespective of type of approach available, loading in vehicle, transportation to workshop for repairs and unloading carefully. Reloading the tranformer after repairs, transportation to site and unloading including placing at given position complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) All the T&P required for disconnection, connection, loading and unloading including necessary petty items like bolts, nuts etc will be arranged by the contractor and rates for the same deem to be included in the rates quoted. |

| 9 | Material and Labour for repair to transformer step down 11/0.433 KV indoor/outdoor type of following capacity, after dismantling the transformer carefully, opening the top cover of transformer for inspection /repair, draining out the transformer oil from the housing complete, taking out the core and winding by disconnecting the internal connections, removing the carbon/sludge deposit in transformer housing core, renewal/replacement of u/s rubber bushes and washers , replacement of tap changer and thimbles, replacement of silica gel, replacement of top cover gasket set including pasting with pasting material, replacement of worn out nut and bolts, replacement of unserviceable LT & HT bushes, cutting the burnt out winding and re-winding the same with suitable size of super enamelled copper wire as per existingguage, insulating the winding connection by using fire proof sleeve and fire proof tape, varnishing the coil, keeping the coils in electric oven chamber for 24 hrs to remove the moisture, Painting of complete transformer body from outside and inside, Marking of MES/SM Number etc, replacement of conservator tank glass, re-installing the core and winding inside properly, making the all connection with suitable copper lungs, refilling of dehydrated transformer oil including dehydration, reinstalling the top cover after cleaning and painting of housing, conservator tank, expulsion vent etc, meggering the LT and HT side of the Transformer and testing complete all as specified and directed.Note: Winding wire including labour for making of coils and LT/HT bushes will be measured & paid seperately. Contractor should make necessary arrangement for factory visit before opening of the transformer for repairing work and testing of the transformer after carried out necessary repairs. |

Note: (i) Servicing shall be got carried out by the authorised rep of the VCB manufacturer and the service engineer will submit a service report for each VCB. (ii) The parts recommended by the service engineer will be replaced under subsequent items and shall be measured & paid seperately as supply only (iii) Any minor items not included above but required for successful operation of the panel will be provided by the contractor and same shall deemed to be included rate quoted. |
