| 9 | The rates and prices to be tendered in the unit Priced Bill of Quantities of Schedule ‘A’ , 'B', 'C' & 'D' are for completed and finished items of works and complete in all respect. |
| 10 | Tenderers shall quote their offer in Indian Rupees (INR) only. Tenderers are required to be quoted percentage (%) Excess/Less for schedule-A, schdule-B, schedule-C & percentage (%) Excess in Schedule'D' in figures in the appropriate highlighted cells in the BoQ1 sheet. All the quoted rates will be deemed to include Duties, Taxes, Octroi, Royalty etc., cost of all plants, labour, supervision, materials, transport, all temporary works, erection, maintenance, utility identification, contractor’s profit and establishment/ overheads, together with preparation of design and drawings, all general risks, insurance liabilities, compliance of labour laws and obligations set out or implied in the contracts. For taxes and duties refer clause C2.5 of ITT & clause 10 of SCC. |
| 11 | If the tenderer fails to quote rates against any item, the tender may be treated as incomplete and non-responsive and shall be rejected. |
| 12 | Errors will be corrected by the employer for any arithmetical errors in computation or summation as per contract conditions. |
| 13 | The Financial Proposal (as per BOQ) shall be uploaded online on the website http://etenders.gov.in/eprocure/app. The rates shall be quoted in the excel file provided in the bid documents. The tenderer shall download the excel file and quote the rates against each highlighted cells in BoQ1. After quoting their rates the excel file shall be uploaded accordingly. The rates shall not be offered/quoted elsewhere in the technical submission/ tender submission. |
| 14 | The price offer in the BOQ shall be given without considering any deviation mentioned in Appendix-3 of FOT i.e. price in the box shall be quoted as per tender conditions without any deviation. |

Set fixed speed Hydro pneumatic system for transfer of final STP Treated water shall be in scope of this work.STP plant supplies shall also include Electrical Starter Panel for all STP drivers, interconnecting power & control cabling between the Electrical Panel, drivers & level controllers, necessary instrumentation, PLC for UF, pressure gauges, all interconnecting MS C-class piping, fitting, puddle flange & valves for the STP plant including supply of plot plan, hydraulic & civil GA drawing & civil structural for STP work.The above STP plant shall be fully skid mounted on prefabricated MS-Epoxy Painted Skid.Obtaining statutory permission for consent to establish & consent to operate including all the costs fees for obtaining such permission from pollution control board.The scope includes all the pipes and Electrical Cable from inlet bar screen chamber to outlet points. Inlet and outlet point of the STP are defined as below. Termination points of the worka) Raw sewage water piping upto the bar screen chamber of the STP shall be laid down by separate contractor, all other STP interconnecting piping up to the delivery flange of the treated water transfer pump shall be in the scope of the work.b) Seepage water piping up to the UF - Feed tank of the STP shall be laid down by separate contractor, all other STP interconnecting piping up to the delivery flange of the treated Water transfer pump shall be in the scope of the work.c) Seepagew water line shall be provided at a point one meter away from the STP plant. Further distribution of service water line, with in the STP plant area, shall be in scope of this work.d) Any drain water line from the STP plant, up to the nearest drain at the site up to the maximum length of 50 running metres shall be in the scope of this work.e) One no. incoming electrical supply cable (of required rating) up to the electrical distribution panel of the STP plant shall be provided by separate contractor, any outgoing electrical power & control cabling, cable trays + cable supports between the STP distribution panel & STP drives, motors, instruments shall in the scope of this work.f) The scope of subjected work include the GI earthing / wiring of the STP Electrical Panel up to a maximum distance of 50 running meter from the STP plant to connect with existing earthing pit.
