| 1 | Dismantling of all electric connection of LRS set no.1,2,3& 4 & removing of channel etc with the help of by existing EOT crane and heavy manual labor. |
| 2 | Supply of C type MS channel of size 125 X 65 X 5.3mm of total length 18 meter long or as per site requirement. |
| 3 | Complete dismantle of LRS body from the foundation in safe & sound condition with the help of existing EOT and manual heavy labour |
| 4 | Removing of existing MS frame from the RCC foundation by cutting overlapped CC in safe & sound condition with the help of manual heavy labour. Complete cleaning of frame by grinder & emery paper and repair from damage portion & oversized holes by welding & grinder irrespective material and painting with anticorrosive paint in all respect. |
| 5 | Breaking of RCC by power hammer & removing of by manual labor. This job includes the removing of melba outside the pump house by manual labor from 12 deep dry sump well. |
| 6 | Fixing of new C type MS channel in pocket by proper welding and in RCC with proper support etc. Filling of Cement & concert mixture heaving CC ratio of 1:2:4 for grip of foundation bolt in RCC structure and also making wet layer of cement on the old RCC foundation. |
| 7 | Re-fixing and leveling of frame on RCC foundation with the help of jacking machine for zero-zero balancing. Refilling of CC mixture as per requirement in the foundation. |
| 8 | Installation of LRS on foundation with the help of existing EOT crane and heavy labour for making proper alignment in all respect as per required job. |
| 9 | Fixing of all electric connection of LRS from main panel. |
