Name of Work:- Servicing and repairing of AEI make Slip Ring Induction Motor No 3 at Haiderpuri SPS
Sl. No. Item Description
1Repair & rewinding of AEI make 315 HP Slip Ring Motor of Pump Set No 3by carrying out the following works:Dismantling the complete slip-ring motor at the workshop, removing the rotor from the stator and both side cover.
2Stator:Replacement of stator winding’s fiber glass Teflon copper flexible leads. Varnishing of stator winding with Dr. Beck varnish and baking the same.
3Rotor:Varnishing the rotor winding with Dr. Beck varnish and baking the same.
4Providing &Fixing new Fiber connection plate with suitable holes for the proper electric connections and fixing the connection with suitable SS nut bolts coming from the winding.
5Assembling the complete motor at the workshop after rewinding work. The job also includes proper greasing of the existing bearings and making a smooth surface of the existing slip ring unit on the lathe machine.
6Providing &fixing of heavy-duty carbon brush holders.
7Providing &fixing of carbon brush.
8To &frofreight charges for carrying the motor from SPS to workshop and return back to the SPS after repairing the same in safe condition with the help of Hydraulic crane. Please Enable Macros to View BoQ information
