| 1 | Providing, supplying, fabricating, assembling, transporting, erecting and fixing at site a specially designed ornamental decorative street-light pole of overall height approximately 9000 mm, comprising a suitably designed M.S. structural inner framework/core with decorative C.I. (Cast Iron) cast components/cladding, complete as per approved architectural drawing and pattern.The decorative pole shall comprise an ornamental bottom pedestal/base of approximately 915 mm width, lower decorative pedestal portion of approximately 1000 mm height, and main ornamental shaft having approximately 450 mm × 450 mm section, extending up to the decorative lighting assembly. All four faces of the pole shall have identical ornamental/design panels, including embossed/cast decorative motifs, sculptures/emblems and architectural mouldings as shown in the approved drawing.The upper portion shall be provided with a suitably fabricated decorative capital and four-way ornamental lighting arms at 90° intervals, complete with decorative brackets and provision for fixing four decorative lantern-type LED street-light luminaires. The top portion shall also include the ornamental crown/finial and decorative sculpture arrangement as shown in the approved drawing. Maximum overall decorative arm spread shall be approximately 2100 mm, as indicated in the drawing.The item shall include all required M.S. sections, pipes, plates, stiffeners, internal structural supports, C.I. decorative castings, ornamental panels, brackets, collars, mouldings, base plate, gusset plates, nuts, bolts, washers, welding, cutting, grinding, drilling, machining, assembly hardware and fixing accessories required to make the complete pole structurally stable and finished in all respects.All M.S. surfaces shall be properly cleaned and treated with suitable anti-corrosive primer and weather-resistant exterior-grade paint/coating, and C.I. decorative components shall be suitably cleaned, finished and painted in approved colour/shade. All visible surfaces shall have smooth architectural finish without cracks, blowholes, sharp edges or casting defects.The pole shall be erected truly vertical on the prepared RCC foundation using suitable foundation/anchor bolts and base plate arrangement, including alignment, levelling, tightening, welding wherever required and all incidental works. Provision shall be made internally for routing electrical cables/wires up to the luminaires along with suitable inspection/access opening.Complete decorative pole shall be fabricated and installed as per approved drawing DBP-003-KRI (ALT-002), Revision-C, approved design, instructions of Engineer-in-Charge and structural requirements, all wiring work ,railing works,complete in all respects.Overall Height: Approx. 9.00 MMain Shaft Section: Approx. 450 × 450 mmBottom Pedestal Width: Approx. 915 mmLighting Arrangement: 4-way decorative armsMaterial: M.S. structural core with C.I. ornamental/decorative castings |
