Street Light Pole (Brick & Coin Design), complete with decorative cast iron/mild steel components, ornamental base pedestal, fluted central pole, decorative collars, brackets, scroll work and cast aluminium decorative elements, as per approved architectural drawing.The pole shall comprise approximately 8.75 m overall height, with decorative bottom pedestal/base section, ornamental C.I./M.S. cladding, central M.S. pole section and decorative twin-arm arrangement. The upper decorative portion shall include cast aluminium lotus design, decorative coin/emblem approximately 914 mm (3'-0\\") diameter, and associated cast-aluminium architectural elements, complete as per approved drawing.The pole shall be provided with two decorative curved street-light arms, suitable for mounting 2 Nos. 120 W LED street-light luminaires, including all necessary brackets, mounting arrangements, internal wiring passages, nuts, bolts, washers, fasteners and accessories.The pole shall be provided at bottom with 900 mm × 900 mm × 16 mm thick M.S. base plate, having 8 Nos. 30 × 38 mm holes, approximately 975 mm PCD, suitable for fixing with foundation/anchor bolts as per approved structural design.All C.I., M.S. and aluminium decorative surfaces shall be properly cleaned and finished with the specified protective/decorative coating system consisting of Epoxy Primer, Epoxy Top Coat, Antique Coat and final PU Lacquer, including surface preparation, finishing and touching-up after erection.The rate shall include fabrication, casting, machining, welding, grinding, decorative components, transportation, loading/unloading, lifting, erection, alignment, fixing hardware, internal electrical wiring/accessories required within the pole, labour, tools and tackles and all incidental works, complete in all respects as per approved drawing, manufacturer's specification and directions of Engineer-in-Charge. |
