1Design , Construction, Installation, testing and commissioning of Sewerage cum Effluent Treatment Plant of 20 KLD Capacity based AWS-MBBR Treatment plant with UV System including cost of site development to adjust hydraulic levels as per site and structure requirement, cost of construction of civil work, hoisting and errection of all steel works, providing and installation of all mechanical Electrical equipments/ accessories, Providing, laying of all interconnecting PVC/DI/ pipe and scouring arrangements from all units with disposal of the same all types of valves , fittings and all contingent works capable of taking input and giving output as laid down in Chapter-I of CPHEEO manual under all climatic conditions specified therein. The Sewerage cum Effluent Treatment Plant includes C/O Site Development, Civil Structures ,RCC Bar Screen Chamber,Oil & Grease Chamber,Equalization/Treated water Tank 6000 Litrs capacity,Sewerage Chamber,Wether Protection shed of RCC/Steel truss with CGI Sheet roof ,Sludge Drying Bed,Providing laying & Testing of PVC (CPVC) Pipes,Machinical/Electrical/Electronic ,Providing & Installation of AWS-MBBR Effluent Treatment Plant + UV System 20 Cum/day Prefebmodule (With standby system),Electrical work for all above items,Commissioning,Operations and Maintenance (O&M) for One year of Civil Electrical and Mechenical work proper walk way for inspection/operation of various units or any other units or structures required to make plant fully functional. Size shall be based on manual of water supply and treatment published by CPHEEO, Ministry of Urban Developments (GOI) New Delhi. The design of various units shall conform to relevant codes and specification. All the hydraulic structures shall be designed and constructed in RCC M-30 not less than M-25 design shall be carried out as per data sheet and Technical specification. All the structure shall be designed for uplift pressure encountered at footing as per site, suitable protection structure shall be designed and provided to avoid direct entry of water within premises (Notes :- Refer Technical specifications) Please Enable Macros to View BoQ information
