2Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position with hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners of required dia & length (hold fast lugs or dash fastener shall be paid for separately).
3Second class teak wood
4Providing and fixing Fiber Glass Reinforced plastic (FRP) Door Frames of cross-section 90 mm x 45 mm having single rebate of 32 mm x 15 mm to receive shutter of 30 mm thickness. The laminate shall be moulded with fire resistant grade unsaturated polyester resin and chopped mat. Door frame laminate shall be 2 mm thick and shall be filled with suitable wooden block in all the three legs. The frame shall be covered with fiber glass from all sides. M.S. stay shall be provided at the bottom to steady the frame.
5Providing and fixing to existing door frames.
630 mm thick Glass Fibre Reinforced Plastic (FRP) panelled door shutter of required colour and approved brand and manufacture, made with fire - retardant grade unsaturated polyester resin, moulded to 3 mm thick FRP laminate for forming hollow rails and styles, with wooden frame and suitable blocks of seasoned wood inside at required places for fixing of fittings, cast monolithically with 5 mm thick FRP laminate for panels conforming to IS: 14856, including fixing to frames.
7FLOORING
8Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in diferent sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete.
9Size of Tile 600x600 mm
10FINISHING
11Finishing walls with ready mixed Premium acrylic emulsion paint (Company Depot Tinted) having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade with silicon additives.
12New work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 sqm.
13Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.
14Applying priming coats with primer of approved brand and manufacture, having low VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content.
15With water thinnable cement primer on wall surface having VOC content less than 50 grams/litre
16Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.
17REPAIRS TO BUILDING
18Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq.meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
19With cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand)
20Taking out existing wooden door shutter, repair by cutting, painting etc. and refixing of repaired door shutters to existing door frames, including replacement of hinges with screws, etc. as required, all complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
21Dismantling and Demolishing
22Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood) shutter including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc. complete and stacking within 50 metres lead :
23Of area 3 sq. metres and below
24Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 50 metres lead.
25For thickness of tiles 10 mm to 25 mm
26Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.
27SOR Derived Items
281) Inspecting the existing granite / marble door frame, checking alignment and marking locations for refixing as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.2) Carefully drilling / cutting holes in granite / marble frame using diamond cutter / diamond drill bit, with all necessary precautions to prevent cracking, chipping or damage to stone.3) Cleaning the drilled holes thoroughly by air blowing and brushing to remove dust, slurry and loose particles.4) Providing 10 mm dia stainless steel fasteners of minimum 100 mm length, of approved make and quality.5) Injecting approved chemical anchoring compound / epoxy / Bondtite or equivalent into drilled holes to ensure firm anchorage.6) Inserting stainless steel fasteners and refixing the granite / marble door frame, tightening and adjusting to achieve correct line, level and plumb.7) Injecting chemical paste / grout from sides and joints of granite / marble frame wherever required to ensure complete bonding and rigidity.8) Making good all drilled holes with matching shade grout, finished flush with surrounding stone surface.9) Polishing the repaired portions to match the existing finish of granite / marble.10) Complete in all respects including all materials, labour, tools, tackles, scaffolding / staging wherever required, safety measures, as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
29Providing and fixing machine cut, mirror/ eggshell polished, Granite stone work for door frame/ Window Jambs, sill including dado, skirting, risers of steps etc., in required design and pattern wherever required, at finished surface texture, on 12 mm (average) thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointed with cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/sqm including pointing with epoxy grout with pigment of matching shade, including rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing of edges to give high gloss finish all complete as per directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
30Granite Stone of approved shade
31Carefully dismantling existing frameless toughened glass door shutter (beyond 3 sqm area) including removal of top & bottom pivots, double acting hydraulic floor spring, fittings and accessories without causing any damage to glass, hardware or adjoining surfaces; safely storing the dismantled materials; and refixing the same door after completion of tile repair works, including re-alignment, reinstallation of floor spring, pivots and all necessary fixtures, making good the holes, ensuring smooth operation and proper finishing, complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

33Wall painting with premium acrylic emulsion paint of interior grade, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 50 grams per litre, fully washable, with ultra-matt finish / soft sheen finish, of approved brand and manufacture, with minimum 8 years performance warranty, including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve uniform shade and colour, complete in all respects as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

35Providing and applying colour enhancing penetrating sealer on external stone cladding surface to impart wet look finish and water-repellent properties, including thorough cleaning of surface, removal of dust, dirt, oil, and loose particles, complete drying of surface, and application of sealer in two coats as per manufacturer’s specifications using brush & cloth, including wiping of excess material to avoid patchiness, complete in all respects as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
