Rolling, fabrication, erection and welding of all steel plates for specified capacity fixed roof type petroleum product storage tanks with Pontoon Type Aluminium Internal Floating Roof comprising of bottom, shell, cone roof including roof structure , aluminium internal floating roof, wind girders, spiral stairway, hand rails, curb angle, gauge well pipe, accessories, safety devices and other components of tank specially covered as per SCC provision of scope of work. The rate should include design, supply & fabrication of Pontoon type Aluminium internal floating roof having features like anti-static/grounding decvices, earthing & anti-rotation cables, deck breather valves, supporting legs, vents, manholes and inspection hatches, peripheral seals having vapour mounted wiper seals as primary seal and rim mounted wiper seals as secondary seal, penetration seals for columns, ladders, gauge wells, and other appurtenances that penetrate into the floating roof, all roof appurtenances, accessories ETC., as per specifications and approved drawings .Providing mounting flange, perforated pipes of suitable sizes for mounting of radar gauges, level switch, temperature sensor etc. and suitable size of aluminium cable trays from tank bottom to tank top & tank top to instruments for instruments like Radar gauge for product level & water level, temperature gauge, Level Switch etc., Providing all manholes, nozzles etc., fittings and fixing of all appurtenances, instruments, alarms, accessories, sealing devices, safety devices etc., suitable platform for the maintenance of level switches, providing support brackets for cable trays, piping etc, pad plates & support brackets for cooling water risers & ring mains, brackets for foam pourer riser pipes and brackets & angles for thermal relief line(s) of tank body valves into the gauge well/top of the tank, supply & installation of water and product draw off valves as per the technical specifications, conducting hydrostatic test with dosing of approved corrosion inhibitor as per the requirement and conducting all other necessary tests, Calibration of storage tanks including strapping with tapes, providing scaffolding for calibration, developing and providing calibration chart duly approved by the calibration authorities. etc. Painting of bottom side of the bottom plates with specified paint system, painting of tank bottom & full tank internal surface with specified paint system as per provisions laid down in the tender specifications, external painting of the tank shell, roof & appurtenances with specified paint system after sand/shot blast cleaning as stipulated in the specifications, Carrying out all required stage and final inspection of shell, bottom & roof including visual inspection and Radiographic inspection of Welds as per provisions of API 650 (latest edition), Supply, design, drawings , installation & commissioning of complete earthing system of tanks for protection against lightening strikes/ strokes as per supplied tender drawings/specifications after prior approval of complete earthing system from the Owner.
