2Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 Meter long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. (but without charcoal/ coke and salt) as required.
3Providing & Placing on terrace (at floor level ) polythene water storage tank IS: 12701 marked , with cover and suitable locking arrangement and making necessary holes for inlet , Outlet and overflow pipes but without fittings andf the base support for tank. 2000 Liter.

7Supply of PVC pipes & fittings Schedule 80 (medium duty) conforming to ASTMD - 1785 and threaded to match with GI Pipes as per IS : 1239 (Part - I).(ii) 80 mm dia. (internal)

9Supplying PVC strainer of approved make with adapter conforming to I.S.12818 specifications. 80 mm dia.
10Labour for jointing and lowering pipes including strainer within the tube well bore vertically with necessary sockets, special fittings and welding as required including cost of all jointing materials, hire charges of tools and plants, cutting pipes to required sizes, making threads, welding pieces together etc. as necessary as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.Upto 100 mm dia. pipe

12Washing and developing tube well with air compressor pump and engine for 8 (eight) hours continuous pumping per day with necessary arrangements for testing the yield in gallons per hour with 'V' notch including hire and labour charges for all tools and plants and scaffolding as required.
13Packing the annular space between the outside of the tube well pipes & strainers and the bore with pea size washed gravel of approved quality having size from 2 mm to 5 mm or the size approved by the Engineer-incharge including cost of all materials labour and equipment complete.
14Labour for making arrangement for showing verticality test including the cost for hire charges of tools and plants, scafolding, labour etc. all complete.
15Collecting sample of water for bacteriological and chemical test from any depth at any time during execution of work including hire and labour charges for tools and plants and sterilising the equipments, paying all charges and fees, testing etc. complete in all respect as per direction.
16Supply, fitting, fixing and lowering the following with fabrication as required:(a)80 mm dia bottom cap.

24Supply, fitting, fixing 50 mm dia G.I. Pipe (ISI-M) column pipe for submersible pump lowering having 3-mtr average length including special threading in Lathe and S & F one GI socket.
25S & F suitable size of M.S. Flat clamp for holding the column pipe, pump motor in the tube well with necessary nuts, bolts, washer as per direction of EIC.
26Supplying, fitting and fixing G.I. cap at top suitable for tube well.

32Solar Module: Supply, transport, installation and commissioning of ISI marked Solar Modules MNRE / SEC Tested - 165Wp Make – Neosole / Waaree / Tata BP / Vikram Solar/ Adani /Panasonic) i) Indigenously manufactured PV module with DCR (Domestic Content Requirement) compliance should be used. as per following specification: 1. Cell: Indigenous mono crystalline silicon SPV cells 2. Solar Module: Monocrystalline cell with PERC technology /module with bifacial cell. 3. Standards: ISI marked as per iS 14286 and having certification of IEC 61853(1), 61730(1&2), 61710 4.Modules must qualify to IS 170210 (Part 1) 5.Min. Efficiency: 19.5%. 6. Fill factor: More than 75%. 7. Module wattage mismatch in the SPV array: within ±3% 8. Wattage output warranty:Should not be less than 90% at the end of 10 years and 80% at the end of 25 years. 9.The power output of individual PV modules used in the PV array, under STC: minimum 300 Wp. Necessary test certificates also to be supplied. For detail information please see Cl. no. 2.1 of technical specification.c) For 3 HP off-grid Solar Water Pumping System with Monocrystalline/ Monocrystalline PERC/bifacial SPV modules- 3200-3400 Wp. Submission of test reports and warranty certificate for atleast five years from OEM is mandatory.
33Module Mounting Structure ( For1 HP, 2HP, 3HP, SHP and 10 HP Solar Water Pumping System): Supply , transportation & installation of G.l manual tracking Fixed structure made of MS hollow sections, pipes, plates, angles etc as per IS:4923, IS:1161/1239, IS:1079/2062, to hold min 300 Wp SPV Module as per drawing and technical specification. The steel structure is to be protected with minimum 80 micron galvanisation(hot dip) and provided with fixed arrangement or dual axis manual tracking arrangement for three times in a day and seasonal tilting to face the sun optimally. The weight of the Module Mounting Structure holding 4 Modules should not be less than 165 Kg.

35Power conditioning unit with enclosure : Supply , transport , installation and commissioning of Solar Power conditioning Unit consisting of following components and features: 1)Variable frequency Drive with in built MPPT,voltage range suitable for operating pump-motorset of 1HP to 20 HP,detail mentioned in 2) Power input : DC source for 1HP, 2HP and 3HP. 3) Power input : AC / DC source or hybrid for 5HP and above.4) Incomer: DCMCB2 Pole16 amp up to7.5HP,25amp for 7.5HP and 10HP, 40 amp for15 to 20 HP as per IS / IE C609472 5) Incomer:ACMCB4 pole16 amp for 5.0HP,25 amp for 7.5HP and10HP,40 amp for 15 to 20 HPas per IS/IE C609472 6) Type II DC SPD of 40 KA.7) Type II AC SPD of 40 KA for AC/ DC or Hybrid input. 8) Dual input (solar / Grid ) 25amp changeover switch for 5HP and 7.5 HP, 40 amp for 10 HP, 63 amp for 15 to 20 HP9) Reverse protection diode 1600 VDC with heat sink. 10) Data Logger.11) Remote monitoring system. 12) Should have built –in EMC filters .1311P 65 glands for cable in and out. 14) Min. 36Cable and Accessories:Supplying, fitting and fixings of UV rated Copper Cable laid inside HDPE conduit and other accessories as per followings with necessary connection with the Solar PV Module, MPPT etc. (i). 4.0 Sq.mm single core multi studs - 10 Mtrs (Minimum) (ii.)6.0 Sq.mm single core multi studs -5 Mtrs (Minimum) (iii.)Lugs, HDPE Pipe, Flexible Pipe, Saddle, Cable tie etcFor 1 HP per structure.
37a) Lighting Systenm at Scheme: (with lighting Pole) :Dusk to dawn lighting arrangement of at 4 mts height above ground level, with Hot dip galvanised 80 mm x 50 mm, medium duty pipe, with 12 V, 15Ah 2-in-1 Lithium ion/ Ferro- Phosphate battery with in-built 7-12 watt LED lamp, 50 Wp solar panel (min 19% Eff.) to cover the scheme area. Model HLSSLPVR0901071120-12W-W0P-CWL of Make Halonix or equivalent model of Philips/Wipro/Havells.The lighting system should be warranted for 5years from the date of installation.
38a) Lightning protection (Pole mouted): Lightning protection with 1.5\\" G.l pipe of 4 mts +0.75 mts height with base flange in proper RCC foundation and S &F Lightning Conductor Air Terminal made of 20 mm dia 1000 mm long Gl pipe (1SI Medium) having five discharge prongs of 4SWG GI (Hot Dip) wire at top duly soldered with 7/16 stranded GI(Hot Dip) wire and 85 mm dia 6 mm thick GI base plate at bottom incl. necessary holes etc. Earthing with 65 mm dia Gl plpe (Medium) 3.0 Mts. long and 1x 19/10 stranded GI (Hot Dip) wire (4 Mts. long), 20 mm dia x125 mm long galvanized bolt, double nuts, double washers including socketing at both ends of stranded GI (Hot Dip) wire by crimping sockets/ thimbles and S& F65 mm dia Gl pipe (1S1-Medium) protection (3 Mts. long) to be flled with bitumen partly under the ground level and partly above ground level to an average depth of 3.65 Mts. (Provision of one lightning protection for each structure)
39Testing and commissioning of scheme after completion of all work.
40Cleaning and washing of modules once in month with clear water to remove deposited dust and dirt on the module surface and keep the modules clean throughout the year. The activity to be performed for eight months in a year excludingfour monsoon months. A log book should be maintained at the site for the said purpose
41Remote monitoring for 5 years: Provision for remote monitoring for the pumps must be made in the pump controller through an integral arrangement having following basic functions:a. Controller must be assigned with a unique serial number and its live status must be observed remotely on online portal through login credentials.b. Live status must indicate whether controller is ON/ OFF. The parameters i.e. the water output, water flow rate, in fault condition, array input voltage/ current, power and motor frequency should at logged at an interval of 10 minutesc. Controller must have a back up to store the data locally (at least for 1 year) supply |& installation of GSM/GPRS based Data Transmitter or Modem and to provide remote monitoring service to transmit the parameters to central server from the solar pumping system with time stamp at user-defined interval and report generation at the buyer end. (Refer Technical Spec.)
42for transportation 2% for item no. 1 & 2 as applicable for the district of Malda, Uttar Dinajpur, Dakshin Dinajpur, Jalpaiguri, Cooch Behar, Alipurduar and Siliguri Mahakuma Parishad (SMP) area.
43Supplying and erecting in position M.S. Supporting structurefor supporting PVC Tanks (as shown in the Dept. drawing) and Solar Panel, 5 mm M.s. chequerred piate at top platform (2m X 2m). M.S. Ladder (suitably placed), Supplying and installation in position PVC Tanks, all necessary pipeline connections with 32/25 mm dia. PVC pipe from Tubewell to delivery through Treatment unit, all complete with all pipes specials, valves, 3 nos. Bib Cocks fitted to treated water tank all complete as per direction of the E-in-C.
44Construction of 3 m X 3 m X 0.3 m platform around Arsenictreatment Units and MS supporting structure incuding Fencing and Gate with locking arrangement all complete as per departmental drawing.
45Construction of Surface Drain about 15 m length & 2 numbers of Soak Pit of 900 mm dia. and 775 mm overall depth including 75 mm dia. UPVC drain pipe 5 m long as per drawing no. P&DD-IV292/12. 14) and as per direction of the EIC.NOTE:Deduction (a Rs. 850.00 has to be made for each m of less length of drain than 15 m).
46Supplying installation, cmmissioning and trial run ( for 3 months) of Water Treatment unit for removal of Iron and Asenic below permissible limit as per IS: 10500 2012 incuding supply of all roqured media (vessels design for latest IS: codes with minimum 3 mm thick), Food gade epoxy coating insde, outsde Painting wh best quaity syntheic enamel paint of approved make, all necessary 25 mm dia Gl. pipeline (medium duty). valves 3 bib coks fitted after each treatment unit to collect water sample for testing, meters and making arrangement of connection with existing pipeline as per specificatton and drawing and direction of the EIC. Quantity/ volume of all media are mentioned in the departmental drawing and to be followed strictly. Treatment unit slze:I. Oxidation chamber: 350 mm dia X 1200 mm depth (1 no.) 2. Pre Filtration unit: 350 mm dia X 1200 mm depth (1 no.) 3. Arsenic tretment unit: 350 mm dia X 1200 mm deph 250 mm dia X 1200 mm depth 4. Backwash chamber: 500 mm dia X 1200 mm depth (I no.) 5. UV treatment unit of adequate capacity Adaption capacty of Arsenic madia should not be less than 45 g Arsenic per kg of Arsenic Media(dry weght) and must have certificate fom CSIR/ IT or other (Governmet reputable Institutions. Imported media mst have NSF certificaion in addition to the above certificate.or other Details as per ANNEXURE - I/A)
47Constuction of street stand post wih platform upto a distance of 50 m from the treated Water storage tank including cost of supplying and laying of 50 m 25mm dia PVC pipe as per departmental drawing.(Deduction @ Rs. 191.00 has to be made for each m of less length of pipeline than 50 m) Probabe numbers are given. The Working division may change the number of SSP as per site condition.
48Operation & Maintenance of entire installations for 5 year (except day to day operation) which |includes: a) Cleaning of site, checking of valves and pipes, checking of electrical connections, cleaning solar panel etc. Twice in a month. B) Replacement of damaged Valves, Bib cocks and any other pats of all units as and when necessary. c) Repair/replacement of pumping machinery i/ and when necessary. d) Painting of M.S. structure and all painted surface at the end of each year. e) Backwashing of all units (except Backwash |Vessel) should preferably be done every day. Backwashing water of Oxidation Vessel and Pre-Filter Vessel shall be discharged directly to the soak pit whereas backwashing water of |Arsenic Vessels shall be discharged to the soak pit through Backwash Vessel. |f) Backwashing shall be done in the same head of operation and until a clear water is seen.
49Complete overhauling of Oxidation Vessel, Pre-Filter Vessel and Back-wash Vessel as and when required by engagement of labour (at |least annually) a)Compelete removal of media from the |vessels, breaking of clots and through washing and cleaning of all media b) Placement of all media with 10% fresh new media (lost during washing) including cost and carriage of the fresh new media
50Complete replacenment of Mn02 and Green sand in the oxidation vessel and pre-filter vessel as and when required by engagement of |labour and equipment (the work to be executed on written permission from the E-in-C) which includes : complete removal of media from the vessel and placement of new media including cost and carriage.
