Bids Are invited for Custom Bid For Services - Assistance In Cleaning Of Weighbridge Platforms At Ghugus Sub Area Of Wani Area - Comprehensive Housekeeping And Industrial Cleaning Of Weighbridge (Wb) Cabins/Rooms And Surrounding Premises For 08 Nos. Weighbridges At Ghugus Sub-Area. The Scope Includes Meticulous Removal Of Coal Dust, Spillage, And Debris From Building Surroundings And Their Safe Disposal At Designated Sites. The Contractor Shall Deploy A Minimum Of 07 Male Personnel Per Day To Ensure Operational Continuity Across All Shifts (Including Night Shifts) In Compliance With The Relevant Labor Regulations. All Necessary Tools & Plants (T&P), Cleaning Consumables, And Personal Protective Equipment (Ppe) Are Included In The Scope. Attendance Shall Be Recorded Via Biometric/Manual Systems As Per Site Protocols, All As Per The Directives Of The Engineer-In-Charge (Eic). , Mechanized Clearing And Removal Of Coal Spillage And Accumulated Debris From Weighbridge Platforms, Approach R S, And Surrounding Areas Using Hydraulic Excavators/Backhoe Loaders. The Scope Includes Collection, Transportation, And Systematic Stacking Of Material Within A 100-Meter Lead At Designated Sites, Ensuring Zero Interference With Weighing Sensors And Structural Integrity, As Per The Directives Of The Engineer-In-Charge (Eic).
