2Providing and laying in position ready mixed or site batched design mix cement concrete for plain cement concrete work; using coarse aggregate and fine aggregate derived from natural sources, Portland Pozzolana/Ordinary Portland /Portland Slag cement, admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate / retard setting of concrete, to improve durability and workability without impairing strength; including pumping of concrete to site of laying, curing, carriage for all leads; but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing as per direction of the engineer-in-charge; for the following grades of concrete.
3Note: Extra cement up to 10% of the minimum specified cement content in design mix shall be payable separately. In case the cement content in design mix is more than 110% of the minimum specified cement content, the contractor shall have discretion to either re-design the mix or bear the cost of extra cement. 4All works upto plinth level : Concrete of M25 grade with minimum cement content of 300 kg /cum (DSR-2023/4.20.1.4)
5Cold milling of asphaltic surface/pavement (removal of BC/DBM rang asphaltic material from road surface/concrete surface) in to maintain surface below in shape, slope and undamaged workable to lay fresh layer of asphaltic material in line, level, size depthas direct by Engineer-in-charge including transportation and disposal of removed material from site for all lift and leads, cleaning of surface (MORTH-519)
6Providing and applying primer coat with SS1 grade bitumen VG-10 on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.75 kg/sqm using mechanical means. (MORTH 502)
7Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen grade of VG-10 using pressure distributor at the rate of 0.3 Kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with mechanical broom. (MORTH 5.02/503)
8Recycling of Bituminous Pavement with Central Recycling Plant Recycling pavement by cold millingRecycling pavement by cold milling of existing bituminous layers, planning the surface after cold milling, reclaiming excavated material to the extent of 30 percent of the required quantity, hauling and stock piling the reclaimed material near the centralrecycling plant after carrying out necessary checks and evaluation, adding fresh material including rejuvenators as required, mixing in a hot mix plant, transporting and laying at site and compacting to the required grade, level and thickness, all as specified in clause 519.

12Mastic AsphaltProviding and laying 40mm thick mastic asphalt wearing course with paving grade bitumen meeting the requirements given in table 500-39, prepared by using mastic cooker and laid to required level and slope after cleaning the surface, including providing antiskid surface with bitumen precoated fine grained hard stone chipping of 13.2mm nominal size at rate of 0.005 cum per 10 sqm and at an approximate spacing of 10cm centre to centre in both direction, pressed into surface when the temperature of surface is not less than 1000c protruding 1mm to 4mm over mastic surface, all complete as per MORTH5.11/clause-516 (ARGNIDA)
13Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @250gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35. The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes, Rates are inclusive of all taxes, royalty etc. all T&P/machine material and labour required for proper completion of work. 14Reflective Raised Pavement Markers (Road Studs/Cat Eye) Supply and fixing of reflective raised pavement marker with its body surface made of tough ASA (Acrylic styrene Acrylonitrile) or HIPS (Hi-impact Polystyrene) or aa acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS). The marker shall supported a load of 1335 Kg tested in accordance with ASTMD 4280 and its reflective panels shall consist of number of lenses containing single or dual prismatic cubes of providing total internal reflection of the light entering the lens face. Retro reflecting surface shall preferably by 351 5 ̊ to base and area of each retro-reflecting surface shall not be less than 13.0Sacm road studs shall be legibly marked with name trade mark or other means of densification of the manufacture. 15Road Delineator. Providing and fixing of standard metal Delineator as per IRC 79-2019 consisting old minimum retro reflective unit exposed area of 330 square cm in while color, full cube corner micro prismatic non-metallic retro reflective shieling on each side conforming wilt IRC 67-2012 and meeting the coefficient of retro reflection values as per ASTMO 4956 Type XI table specification. The delineator shall be painted with powder coat of minimum 40 microns thickness, on top of which retro reflective sheeting shall be pasted on both side. The structure shall be manufactured in roll forming process and shall have height not less than B00mm above the ground, width not less than 100mm and shall extend nil more than 300mm below the ground while being installed.
16The front and back faces of the delineator should be curved with a radius of not more than 200mm and with delta angle (or central angle of curve)lying between 20 degree and 30 degree, to increase the visibility of the delineator for vehicles moving in continuous curves. The delineator shall have grooves across the length to make the reflective sheets vandal-proof) The retro reflective sheeting shall be tested for 3 year outdoor weathering lest in Indian conditions as per IRC 67:2012 & proof of the same in form of government report shall be uploaded which quoting tender. If somehow tender pre qualification condition do not ask for government report then the report shall be submitted to Engineer-in-Charge before finalization of bill, The delineator is meant for application on gaps in median, traffic islands, dangerous bends, roundabouts, narrow bridges etc., or as desired by site engineer.
