6Supplying and filling in plinth with manufactured sand derived from recycled concrete aggregate (RCA) under floors, including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing etc., as required and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, complete. All labour and materials.
7Providing and laying in position cement concrete of 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level etc., as required and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, complete. 8Providing and laying 1:1½:3 PCC M-20 (1 Cement : 1½ coarse sand derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) etc., as required and as directed by the Engineer in charge, complete. All labour and materials.
9Providing and laying design mix cement concrete of M-30 grade, in roads/ taxi tracks/ runways, using cement content as per design mix, using coarse sand and graded stone aggregate of 40 mm nominal size in appropriate proportions as per approved & specified design criteria, providing dowel bars with sleeve/ tie bars wherever required, laying at site, spreading and compacting mechanically by using needle and surface vibrators, levelling to required slope/ camber, finishing with required texture, including steel form work with sturdy M.S. channel sections, curing, making provision for contraction/ expansion, construction & longitudinal joints (10 mm wide x 50 mm deep) by groove cutting machine, providing and filling joints with approved joint filler and sealants, complete all as per direction of Engineer in-charge (Item of joint fillers, sealants, dowel bars with sleeve/ tie bars to be paid separately) Cement concrete prepared with batch mixing machine. 11Providing and laying Bitumineous concrete 40/50 mm compacted thickness with bitumen of grade VG-30 @ 5.5% (percentage by weight of total mix) and lime filler @ 3% (percentage by weight of Aggregate),transporting the hot mix to work site by laying with paver finisher equipment with electonic sensor to the required grade, level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled, vibrating and random rollers to achieve the desired compaction and density as per spectification, prepared in drum Type Hot Mix Plant of 60-90 TPH capacity etc., as required and as directed by the engineer-in-charge, complete. The styles and rails mitred and joint at the corners by means of M.S. galvanised/ plastic brackets of size 75x220 mm having wall thickness 1.0 mm and stainless steel screws. The styles of the shutter reinforced by inserting galvanised M.S. tube of size 20x20 mm and 1 mm (± 0.1 mm) wall thickness.
