1Repair / replacement of wheel assemblies, Side guide rollers etc. of Penstock Intake gate #4 and Restoration of entire system to make Penstock Intake gate#4 Operational i.e. Complete Job as per Tender Specification. (This work involves Dismantling of Hydraulic cylinder, Hydraulic Hoist Supporting Structure, Maintenance platform, Lifting of Intake gate in single piece, supply and repair/replacement of wheel assemblies & Side Guide rollers, replacement work of complete rubber seals etc, lowering of Intake gate, erection & commissioning of Intake gate, Hydraulic Hoist Supporting Structure, Maintenance platform, Hydraulic Cylinder and associated work/accessories to make Intake Gate Operational with help of Man power, Cranes, tools & tackles etc .
2Removing old paint from blistered painted surface of steel or other metal by chipping including scraping and cleaning and exposing the original surface
3Finishing with Epoxy paint (two or more coats) at all location prepared and applied as per manufacturer's specification including appropriate priming coat, preparation of surface, etc. complete on Steel work Please Enable Macros to View BoQ information
