During the survey, the contractor shall measure each property in sq. ft./sq. m., collect all required information for tax assessment such as number of floors, year of construction, type of structure, built-up area, taxable area, number of toilets, etc., and prepare a detailed survey statement for each property. The contractor shall also capture digital photographs of each property. |

Prepare the objection application record regarding the new revised tax assessment taken by the property holder for the hearing, print the notice inviting the property holder to the hearing, etc. Supply the necessary stationery. After updating the computer program as per the decision taken in the hearing, the final tax assessment list should be provided to the Municipal Council in the form given by the Municipal Council along with the necessary stationery. |
