| 1 | Attending day to day regular civil complaints of plumbing like repair of tap leakage, valve leakage ,re -fixing of wash basin, re-fixing of flush tank, removal of chokes in wash basin, re fixing of G.I. line, arresting leakages of pipe line, removing the choke in water G.I. line, sewer line , removing blockage in service saddle block point on C.I. line , jointing of C.I. line, rectification of damaged stone ware line, cutting of trees root at roof/buildings and repairing , removing of EWC/re-fixing of EWC, rectification of roof leakages / kitchen/ bath room/ wash basin, rectification leakage in C.I. Soil waste pipe ,cleaning of overhead tanks/U.G. sump ,cutting branches adjacent to the buildings and for those items that are not quantified in schedule etc. including all tools, machinery, tackles require for the execution of work all as per specification as per direction of Engineer-in -charge (Note:- 1. Contractor has to arrange all tools like (Pipe die, chisel, pipe wrenches, Screw drivers, spanners /machines), safety belt , safety shoe, dress, Raincoat etc. require for the work. 2. The work shall necessitate with one plumber (with knowledge of plumbing works and able to read and write complaint ) with one helper /man mazdoor for executing the works .Regular working hours is 9.00hrs to 17.30 hrs or will increase depend on failure of water line ,valves, Pumps or urgency of works and contractor shall have to increase the workers to complete work as soon as possible.) |
| 2 | Operation & Maintenance of water supply pumps, Bore wells and submersible pumps in open wells and float valves, sluice valves, taps etc., and pumping to the overhead water tanks, clearing of growth in sunshade , buildings , cleaning of vacant quarters, cutting of trees/ branches adjacent to the buildings etc. during non pumping/no complaints times etc., daily in two/three shifts complete all as per specification and as directed by Engineer -in- charge.(Note:-1. Contractor has to arrange all tools /machines, safety belt , safety shoe, dress, Raincoat etc. require for the work. 2. The work shall necessitate with one semi-skilled worker (with knowledge of plumbing works and able to read and write complaint )for executing the one operation. First shift is from 5.00 hrs to 13.00 hrs: and second shift start from 13.00 hrs to 21.00 hrs. Third shift may be operated as per requirement on failure of water supply lines ,water line ,valves, Pumps etc for urgent repairing works.) |

| 6 | Earthwork excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) or manual means for foundation, substructures, plinth beam, cess pits & trenches, all kinds of foundation etc. in all types of soil like hard gravelly soil, sandy soil for the 1.5 depth from average ground level up to the required founding level, line and grades in both dry and wet conditions including shoring, strutting, bailing out of water if necessary, leveling and ramming the bottom of trenches, dressing of size, stacking the excavated materials away from the edge of trenches, refilling the sides of foundation as required with selected excavated earth and deposting/disposing the surplus excavated earth (Disposed soil to be leveled by breaking clods, if any and neatly dressed and leveled) within the lead specified below all complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
