3Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :(a) 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)
4Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level : (a) 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-lll) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)
5Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for(a) Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platform.
6Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level.(a) Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.
7Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in:(a) Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand).
8Cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) finished with a floating coat of neat cement.(a) 12 mm cement plaster
9Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m.
10Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.
11Finishing walls with textured exterior paint of required shade :(a) New work (Two or more coats applied @ 3.28 ltr/10 sqm) over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20kg/10 sqm
12Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead.
13Dismantling tile/kota work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 50 metres lead. (a) For thickness of tiles 10 mm to 25 mm
14Kota stone slab flooring over 20 mm (average) thick base laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab, including rubbing and polishing complete with base of cement mortar 1: 4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) : (a) 25 mm thick
15Providing and engaging Hydraulic Excavator for Removal of Malba, lifting and dragging of earth in Pits and levelling/dressing of ground i/c driver helper, diesel, and lubricant/oils/other Consumables and taxes etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
16Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (length of finished kerb edging shall be measured for payment). (Precast C.C. kerb stone shall be approved by Engineer-in-charge).
17Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. (a) In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works
18Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including supportive structure, cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming Coat of approved steel primer, Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade :Two or more coats on new work, including welding and bolted with special shaped Washers etc. complete.(a) Hot finished welded type tubes
19Providing and fixing stainless steel ( Grade 304) railing made of Hollow tubes, channels, plates efc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, i/c fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners , stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of the floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement as per approval of Engineer-in-charge, (for payment purpose only weight of stainless steel members shall be considered excluding fixing accessories such as nuts, bolts, fasteners etc.).
20Providing and fixing G.I. chain link fabric fencing of required width in mesh size 50x50 mm and applying a priming Coat of approved steel primer, Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade :Two or more coats on new work including strengthening with 2 mm dia wire or nuts, bolts and washers as required complete as per the direction of Engineer-in charge. (a) Made of G.I. wire of dia 4 mm
21Manufacturing, supplying and fixing retro reflective sign boards made up of 2 mm thick aluminium sheet, face to be fully covered with high intensity encapsulated type heat activated retro reflective sheeting conforming to type - IV of ASTM-D 4956-01 in blue and silver white or other colour combination including subject matter, message (bi-lingual), symbols and borders etc. as per IRC ; 67:2001, pasted on substrate by an adhesive backing which shall be activated by applying heat and pressure conforming to class -2 of ASTM-D-4956-01 and fixing the same with suitable sized aluminium alloy rivets @ 20 cm c/c to back support frame of M.S. hollow tube frame or as decided by Engineer-in-Charge (Payment of M.S. frame shall be paid separetely). Backside of aluminium sheet to be painted with two or more coats of epoxy paint over and including appropriate priming coat including all leads and lifts etc. complete as per drawing , specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.
22Providing and laying factory made chamfered edge Cement Concrete paver blocks in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc, of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over 50 mm thick compacted bed of sand, compacting and proper embedding/laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand. complete all as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.(a) 60 mm thick cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern.
23Taking out existing CC interlocking paver blocks from footpath/ central verge, including removal of rubbish etc., disposal of unserviceable material to the dumping ground, for which payment shall be made separately and stacking of serviceable material within 50 metre lead as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
24Laying old cement cocrete interlocking paver blocks of any design/ shape laid in required line, level, curvature, colour and pattern over and including 50 mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with fine sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Old CC paver blocks shall be supplied by the department free of cost).
25Surface dressing of the ground including removing vegetation and inequalities not exceeding 15 cm deep and disposal of rubbish, lead up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m.(1) All kinds of soil

46Supplying and fixing in position SFRC precast railing /fence of overall dimension 1000 mm (length ) 1500 mm (Height) 50 mm (thickness) manufacture with M-30 grade of concrete using vibro compaction process using jointless FRP moulds so as to achieve shuttering finish, i/c transportation , loading, unloading as per the design drawign approved by Engineer in Charge.
47Providing and fixing “Perforated Swing Type” Stainless steel (grade 304) dustbin as approved by the Engineer-in-charge. Frame shall be made of SS 304 hollow tubes and dustbin buckets also made of SS 304 sheets having perforations. The rates include fabrications, welding, grinding, buffing, polishing, logo, sticker making curvatures of the sheet, transportation and installation at site. The fabricated dustbins shall be installed at site by embedding its legs in the cement concrete. For payment purposes the actual weight of Stainless steel members shall be considered. (E/W and C.C. shall be paid separately).
48Deduct for taking away scapped/dismantled M.S. steel, square bars, tubular section, hard drawn wires etc as per direction of Engineer in Charge
49Constructing masonry Chamber 30x30x50 cm inside, in brick work in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand) for stop cock, with C. I. surface box 100x100 x75 mm (inside) with hinged cover fixed in reinforced cement concrete slab 1:1.5:3 mix (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size), including necessary excavation, foundation concrete 1:5:10 ( 1 cement : 5 fine sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size ) and inside plastering with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) 12 mm thick, finished with a floating coat of neat cement complete as per standard design : (a) With common burnt clay F.P.S.(non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5
50Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground/ low lying area or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.
