3Supplying, fixing, testing and commissioning in repairs of a new Automatic Rescue Device complete with PCB, transformer, relay card, suitable batteries (12 V DC, 18 Ah), controller-to-shaft floor sensing switch wiring and all other connected accessories required for proper functioning of the system, for 6/8-passenger lifts installed in various buildings at NOFRA and Outlaying Areas, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
4Supplying, fixing, testing and commissioning in repairs of a new Automatic Rescue Device complete with PCB, transformer, relay card, suitable batteries (12 V DC, 18 Ah), controller-to-shaft floor sensing switch wiring and all other connected accessories required for proper functioning of the system, for goods lifts installed in various buildings at NOFRA and Outlaying Areas, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
5Dismantling and taking out the existing unserviceable lift control panel complete with control wiring up to the midway junction and supplying, fixing, testing and commissioning of a new microprocessor-based lift control panel with multiple integrated programmed control modules, suitable for automatic doors provided on the car and landing, programmed for operation through the Car Operating Panel (COP), compatible with the existing Variable Voltage Variable Frequency (VVVF) drive suitable for 10/15 HP motor with Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) control, complete with all in-built safety features such as over-current protection, automatic phase reversal correction, and other standard safety functions. The work shall also include all necessary lugs, terminals, connectors, screws, interconnections, motor connections, 24 SWG GI cable trunking, wiring of the main motor with suitable size copper conductor cables for lifts up to G+15 floors, and all other connected accessories required for satisfactory operation, for 13-passenger lifts installed in various buildings at NOFRA and Outlaying Areas, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

8Disconnecting and taking out the existing unserviceable shaft wiring and supplying, fixing, testing and commissioning of new shaft wiring in the hoistway from the control panel up to the lower limit switch using PVC insulated copper conductor single-core cables of 1100 V grade, comprising 0.75 sq mm copper conductor cables for control circuits and 1.0 sq mm copper conductor cable for earthing, duly bunched and secured with suitable wire binding strips, drawn through and including 24 SWG GI cable trunking in the hoistway up to the ground floor, complete with all necessary interconnections to the control panel, PCB, hall push buttons, fireman's switch, lower limit switch and all other associated control devices at all floors, suitable for passenger lifts and goods lifts up to G+15 floors, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
9Dismantling and taking out the gearbox assembly from the lift machine for complete overhauling, including dismantling, cleaning, inspection, repair and replacement of unserviceable or worn-out components such as worm wheel, worm shaft, bushes, thrust bearing, pedestal bearings, oil seals, gaskets and other associated parts as required, including necessary packing, reassembly, alignment of the gearbox assembly, refixing with the existing lift machine, filling with recommended grade of lubricating oil (if required), and testing for smooth and satisfactory operation, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
10Supplying, fixing, testing and commissioning in repairs of a new buffer spring of suitable capacity and dimensions conforming to the existing lift manufacturer's requirements, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
11Supplying, fixing, testing and commissioning in repairs of a new Variable Voltage Variable Frequency (VVVF) drive conforming to IS 14665, suitable for the existing lift motor and control system, complete with all electrical connections, programming, parameter setting, testing and commissioning for satisfactory operation, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
12Supplying, fixing, aligning, testing and commissioning in repairs of a new main pulley of the same diameter and specifications as the existing, suitable for passenger lifts/goods lifts, complete with all necessary fixing arrangements and connected accessories for proper operation, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
13Supplying, fixing, testing and commissioning in repairs of new sealed maintenance-free batteries of 12 V DC, 7/18 Ah capacity, as required for the existing ARD system (one complete set comprising four batteries), including all necessary heavy-duty battery interconnecting leads, brass/copper battery terminals, terminal connectors, nuts, bolts and all other connected accessories, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
14Supplying, installing, testing and commissioning in repairs of a new telephonic communication system of approved make, suitable for lifts up to G+15 floors, comprising one vandal-resistant flush-mounted speaker unit each in the lift car and at the ground floor landing, one wall-mounted handset with receiver in the machine room complete with mounting bracket, travelling cable, communication cables and all necessary accessories for proper functioning of the system, including making good all disturbed surfaces after installation, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
15Supplying and fixing elevator entry sign boards suitable for lifts up to G+15 floors, fabricated from stainless steel SS 304 sheet of 18 SWG thickness, rust resistant, of size not less than 400 mm × 100 mm, engraved/etched with black letters and symbols indicating \\"OFFICER\\" or \\"GENERAL\\", complete with all necessary fixing arrangements, including dismantling and taking out the existing sign board, making good the disturbed surface after installation, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
16Supplying and fixing emergency contact number boards inside the elevator car cabin, fabricated from stainless steel SS 304 sheet of 18 SWG thickness, rust resistant, of size not less than 200 mm × 200 mm, engraved/etched with black letters displaying the emergency contact numbers, complete with all necessary fixing arrangements, including making good the disturbed surface after installation, for lifts installed at Outlaying Areas, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
17Dismantling and taking out the existing unserviceable feeder pillar and supplying, fixing, installing, testing and commissioning of a floor-mounted outdoor type feeder pillar, cubicle type, suitable for 415 V, 3-phase, 4-wire AC supply system, fabricated from 3 mm thick CRCA sheet steel, CPRI approved, dust-proof, vermin-proof and powder-coated after seven-tank treatment, complete with adequate ventilation arrangements, comprising 400 Amps tinned electrolytic copper busbars for phase conductors and 200 Amps tinned electrolytic copper busbar for neutral, mounted on suitable non-hygroscopic supports. The feeder pillar shall be provided with a rigid frame and four legs fabricated from 50 × 50 × 6 mm MS angle sections of 300 mm length, suitable for grouting on a PCC foundation with the top of the feeder pillar not less than 400 mm above finished ground level. The enclosure shall have separate compartments for cable gallery, busbars, switchgear and metering section, with front openable lockable doors and fixed rear panel, complete with all internal wiring, copper control wiring, cable glands, cable lugs, terminal blocks, danger notice plate, earthing terminals, name plate, foundation bolts and all other necessary accessories. The work shall include all cable terminations, interconnections, testing and commissioning, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.The feeder pillar shall be complete with the following accessories:Incoming(i) 01 No. 4 Pole MCCB, 415 V, 200 Amps, adjustable thermal and adjustable magnetic release, breaking capacity not less than 36 kA.Outgoing(i) 03 Nos. 4 Pole MCCBs, 415 V, 100 Amps, adjustable thermal and adjustable magnetic release, breaking capacity not less than 16 kA.(ii) 06 Nos. 40 Amps SPN/TPN MCB Isolators (as required).Metering & Indications(i) 01 Set Digital Voltmeter (0–500 V) complete with selector switch.(ii) 01 Set Digital Ammeter (0–500 A) complete with selector switch and current transformers (CTs).(iii) 01 Set LED Phase Indicating Lamps (Red, Yellow and Blue).Complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
18Supplying, fixing, testing and commissioning in reapirs of a new V3F car door drive of the same rating and specifications as the existing, complete with all necessary electrical connections, mounting arrangements, programming, adjustment and accessories for satisfactory operation, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
19Supplying and fixing in repairs of the existing unserviceable aluminium-clad wire-wound dynamic braking resistor, suitable for absorbing regenerative energy generated during deceleration of the lift motor, compatible with the existing Variable Voltage Variable Frequency (VVVF) drive and of suitable resistance value and power rating as per the existing system, complete with all necessary electrical connections, mounting arrangements, testing and commissioning, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
20Supplying and fixing in repairs of the existing unserviceable rope overload sensor/overload relay assembly suitable for 13-passenger lifts, complete with all necessary mounting arrangements, electrical connections, calibration, testing and commissioning, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
21Supplying and fixing in repairs of the existing unserviceable speed governor assembly complete with top pulley, bottom pulley, governor rope and all associated accessories, suitable for 8-passenger, 13-passenger and goods lifts, complete with necessary adjustments, testing and commissioning, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
22Supplying, fixing, testing and commissioning in repairs of a new Car Operating Panel (COP) assembly suitable for 8-passenger, 13-passenger and goods lifts, complete with illuminated push buttons for floor selection, alarm, non-stop, door open, door close, cabin light, stop/attendant key switch and other necessary control functions, including direction indicator with 7-segment digital floor position display, Car Position Indicator (CPI) card, stainless steel face plate, complete with all necessary wiring, interconnections and integration with the existing lift controller and electrical system, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
23Supplying, fixing, testing and commissioning in repairs of a new PVC insulated travelling cable, flat or round type as required, comprising 16/18 cores of multi-stranded copper conductors of 0.75 sq mm each, 1100 V grade, conforming to relevant Indian Standards, complete with suspension clamps, thimbles, cable support arrangements, proper termination at the midway junction box, lift car and control panel, ensuring free movement of the cable during the full travel of the lift between the ground floor and top floor, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
24Supplying, fixing, aligning, testing and commissioning in repairs of a new stainless steel landing door assembly fabricated from SS 304 grade stainless steel sheet of minimum 16 SWG thickness with hairline finish, matching the existing lift opening and frame dimensions, complete with door panels, frame, sill, hanger rollers, guide shoes, locking arrangement, interlock assembly and all other associated fittings and accessories required for proper operation, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
25Supplying and fixing in repairs of the existing defective trap door in the lift machine room, complete with angle frame, hinges, locking arrangement, handle and all other necessary fittings and accessories, suitable for 6-passenger, 8-passenger, 13-passenger and goods lifts, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
