Name of Work:- PERIODICAL SERVICES TO OTM BUILDNGS OF CERTAIN UNIT UNDER GE K TEE.

1M&L for brooming down surfaces of any description and applying one coat of white wash on old decorated surfaces of walls including preparation of old surfaces & filling cracks and holes etc complete all as specified and directed.
2M&L for brooming down surfaces of any description and applying two coat of white wash on old decorated surfaces of walls including preparation of old surfaces & filling cracks and holes etc complete all as specified and directed.
3M&L for brooming down surfaces of any description and applying one coat of white wash on old decorated surfaces of ceiling including preparation of old surfaces & filling cracks and holes etc complete all as specified and directed.
4M&L for preparation of old decorated surface of wall and applying one coat of Oil bound distemper complete all as specified and directed.
5All as per item No 4 above but two coats of Oil bound distemper complete all as specified and directed.
6M&L for complete removal of existing treatment of wall and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over coat of primer and 2-3mm thick wall care putty complete all as specified and directed.
7M&L for preparing old painted surfaces by washing, rubbing down and stopping of painted surfaces and applying one coat of cement base paint on surfaces of walls by roller. complete all as specified and directed.
8M&L for complete removal of existing treatment of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.
9Preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.
10M&L for preparation of old painted wood and wood based surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of Synthetic enamel paint (Ordinary tint). complete all as specified and directed.
11M&L for Preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth,and applying two coats of aluminium paint over and including one coat of aluminium red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.
12Complete removal of existing treatment on wall/ roof projections including facia, cornices etc by scrapping with mechanical sander (having mechanical vaccum mechanism) with sanding pad of appropriate grit to make surface clean,free from dust, loose paint etc by skilled labour complete all as specified and directed at any height incuding necessary scaffolding.
13Material and labour for waterproof/weather proof cement based putty @ 1 Kg(undiluted) per sq mtr. of average thickness 1 mm over the new plastered/old painted wall after scrapping to prepare the surface even and smooth complete and sanding of the putty surface with mechanical wall sander (having mechanical vacuum mechanism) having RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad of 240 Grit or above to make the surface free from dust etc. by skilled labour as per following steps:-Step 1) Mix the putty powder by adding water as per manufacturer instructions and mix it with putty mixer with the mixing capacity of min 2.5 kg putty per minute.Step 2) Apply the first coat the prepared mixer with the help of fully automatic airless spray machine of putty application having flow speed of max 6 ltrs per minutes with a maximum pressure 3300 PSI.Step 3) Allow 6-8 hrs time to dry the putty surface.
14Material & Labour for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm complete all as specified and directed at any height incuding necessary scaffolding over new/complete removal surfaces.Note :- (i) Primer and emulsion application to be carried out through air less spray machine (Only mechanical application allowed except in paint application on bands/chajja/building edges/borders/projections where contrasting color as specified and directed is to be applied). (ii) Sanding of surface to be done by mechanical sander with 1500 - 2700 rpm, with internal dust extraction system for clean environment certified by paint manufacturer. Proper masking to be carried out before primer and paint application).
15Material and labour for one coat of acrylic water based exterior grade primer @0.9 ltr (undiluted)/10 sq mtrs diluted with water in 1:1 ratio to be applied with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application with a flow speed of min 1 ltr per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface for painting of subsequent coats complete all as specified and directed at any height incuding necessary scaffolding.
16Material and labour for two coat water based premium acrylic smooth exterior emulsion of approved colour with silicon additive & Color stay Technology, Excellent Dirt Pick up resistance with low VOC less than 50 gram/ litre as per the LEEDS specifications, Anti Algal properties in two coats @ 1.79 ltr (undiluted)/ 10 sqm diluted with water as per manufacturer instructions applied over priming coat with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application with a flow speed of min 1 ltr per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI.Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface in both the coats of paint after complete removal of existing surface/plastered surfaces.complete all as directed.
17Material and labour for two coats of smooth interior acrylic emulsion with rich matt finish having VOC less than 50 grams per ltr complying LEEDS criteria @1 ltrs(unndiluted) /10 sq mtrs diluted with water in 2:1 ratio applied over priming coat with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application with a flow speed of min 1 ltr per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI.Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface in both the coats of paint after complete removal of existing surface/plastered surfaces as per manufacturer instructions complete all as directed at any height incuding necessary scaffolding. Note : - Sanding of surface to be done by mechanical sander with 1500 - 2700 rpm, with internal dust extraction system for clean environment certified by paint manufacturer. Proper masking to be carried out before primer and paint application).
18Material and labour for obliterating old writing of any description, not exc 0.1 sqm with paint to match existing works complete all as specified and directed.
19Material and labour for rewriting/repainting to existing writing letters or figures not exc 30 cm height in block Roman, Italian or Indian letters including stops, comma, arrows, brackets, dashes etc on sign board (Black or yellow base) including two coats of oil paint over a coat white base synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.
20Material and labour for repair to crack including cutting V groove along cracks removing all dust and loosely laid particles using a blower wetting the crack using water and filling the crack using crack seal compound paste as per manufactures instructions and finishing using putty blade complete all as specified and directed at any height incuding necessary scaffolding.
21M&L for preparing old painted surfaces by washing, rubbing down and stopping of painted surfaces and applying a coat of luster paint with roller finishes on surfaces of walls including scafolding at any height complete all as specified and directed by Enggineer-in-charge.
22M&L for preparation of surfaces of roof at any height and applying one coat of tile guard of approved shed including required scaffolding etc.complete all as specified and directed.
23M&L for preparation of surfaces of floor and applying one coat of floor guard of approved shed to paver tile,blocks,kerb stone etc complete all as specified and directed.
24M&L for application of one coat of exterior emulsion paint colour as approved as GE, using ultra clean paint or Dulax ICI or Apex Ultima of Asian Paints or equivalent in Berger Paints over the old decorated wall surfaces, edges of slab, roof/chajja projection ana column etc., after necessary preparation all as specified and as directed.
25Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar including all quions arches, pillar etc but excluding ashalar facing dressed stone and pre-cast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.
26M&L for brick work with fly ash bricks old size , straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius , built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified.
27Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description on brick or stone walls, etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified and directed .
28M&L rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 using water proofing compound on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed .Note : Water proofing liquid compound shall l be measured and paid separately.
29Supply only liquid water proofing admixture of make-pidilite or equivalent as per manufacturer instructions complete all as specified and directed.
30Material & labour for Rendering 10 mm thick on brick or concrete surfaces in CM 1:6, finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.
31M&L for preparation for new surfaces of wall applying two coat of cement base paint on wall over chalk whiting etc complete all as specified and directed.
32M & L Preparing New plaster surfaces of wall applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of cement Primer/chalk whiting complete all as specified and directed.
33S&F in repair galvanised mild steel wire cloth, 0.56mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.18mm and fixed with tinned tacks or galvanesed wire staples complete all as specifed and directed
34M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed.
35M&L for preparation of new plastered surface of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over 1 mm th. white putty even and smooth complete all as specified and directed.
36M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coat of weather proof paint (Apex) over a coat of primer in any tint complete all as specified and directed .
37S&F for 15mm bore dia of medium grade galvanised steel tubing with all fittings and fixed complete to wall or laid in floor incl taking up or down 15 mm dia bore of galvanised Iron steel tubing and connections including cleaning for refixing, cutting/chauging in wall/floor complete in all respect as specified
38All as above item No. 37.00 above but fixing only tubes 15mm any grade to walls and ceiling or laying in floors
