The role inlcudes sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, disinfecting surfaces and collecting and disposing of waste. The employee ensures that public areas and restrooms remain clean, well-stocked and presentable at all times while using cleaning equipment and chemicals safely. The Cleaner promptly reports maintenance issues, hazards or safety concerns to officials concerned. The position also supрorts special cleaning assignments and contributes for providing a clean, sale and welcoming environment that reflects the Circuit house luxury standards |

| 3 | Providing services for the Plumber for carrying out plumbing maintenance and repair works on an occasional or as-needed basis to ensure the smooth functioning of the circuit house's water supply, drainage and sanitary systems. The role includes attending for plumbing complaints, repairing leaks, unclogging drains, replacing damaged pipes, fitting, valves, faucets and sanitary fixtures and performing preventive maintenance whenever required. The plumber shall promptly identify and rectify plumbing faults while ensuring compliance with safety standards. The individual shall use appropriate tools and materials, maintain a clean work area after completing repairs and report any major defects requiring further attention. The services shall be provided efficiently to minimize disruption to circuit house operations and maintain the comfort, safetly and satisfaction of guest. |

| 5 | Providing services for the Gardener for carrying out gardening and landscape maintenance work on an occasional or as-needed basis to maintain the asthetic appeal and health of the circuit house's gardens and outdoor spaces. The role includes mowing lawns, pruning trees and shrubs, watering plants, weeding, planting seasonal flowers, applying fertilizers and pesticides as required and maintaining landscaped areas in a neat and attractive condition. The Gradener shall promptly identify and address issues affecting plant health, ensure the proper use of gardening tools and equipment and maintain cleanliness after completing the work |

The role includes repairing, replacing, installing, and adjusting wooden structures and fittings, attending to carpentry-related complaints and performing preventive maintenance as required.
