| 4 | Coating of 'Epoxy' Resin of thickness not less than 160 micron with a lowviscosity,crystallization-resistant epoxy resin base with a reactive diluents combined with high build epoxy amine adducts as per BS 5493 standard and a polyamide or amido polyamine or any other suitable hardener. It shall react with epoxy resin at normal ambient temperature, suitable for solvent-free coatings as per recommended proportion for use on metal,concrete and wood surface to protectfrom corrosion as well as damagefrom chemical reaction after making the surface free from dust, oil and moisture etc. all complete as per instruction and to the satisfaction of ElC. [This item will be operatedon prior permission from the concerned SE/Dy Chief Engineer] |
| 5 | Making one set of scaffolding only for replacing glass panels, painting, uprooting plant and another repairingworks of building and S&P works for external works only with 10 cm. dia bamboo as main posts at the rate of 1 metre centre to centre and 7.5 cm. dia bamboo ties @ 0.75 metre apart fitting and fixing with necessary coir, nails etc. as per direction of the Engineer-incharge. (This item should be executed only after prior approval of the Engineer-incharge). Firstly, one number to be paid and then labour rate for shifting up to further nineteenth (19) times @ 10% each time to be considered.
