| 29 | Total cost towards fabrication of 6 Nos.of container of SPRU (optional cost) inclusive of all including GST Note: 1.0 Bidder to enter value in blue colored cell only 2.0 Bidders are required to ascertain themselves, the prevailing rates of GST and all other taxes and duties as applicable on the scheduled date of submission of Price Bids and ONGC would not undertake any responsibility whatsoever in this regard. Accordingly, bidders should quote the prices, clearly indicating the applicable rate of GST / description of service as per GST rules (under which the respective service is covered), Service Accounting Code, alongwith all other taxes and duties applicable. 3.0 Please note that wherever GST credit shall be available, supplier / contractor shall be required to offer rates taking into account eligibility of credit under GST to the supplier / contractor. 4.0 In case of mismatch between the prices quoted in the break up sheets (for inspection & servicing of 14 nos. of connectors) and the respective prices provided in BoQ1 sheet, the prices quoted in BoQ1 sheet will be considered for evaluation as mentioned in note 5 above. However, the Contract Value will be evaluated as follows: 5.0 Please quote GST as applicable. 6.0 Price quoted shall be inclusive of all as per the scope of work. 7.0 100% Payment shall be made against successful completion of inspection & maintenance of each SPRU and/or against the fabrication of Canister as applicable as per the scope of work. The original invoice should also accompany the following documents/details:(a) Initial joint inspection report after dismantling of connectors(b) Complete comprehensive inspection report (Joint Inspection Report along with ONGC representative) with recommendations (c) Requisite warranty by OEM(d) Report on Nitrogen purging of the container after delivery at ONGC NSB(e) Completion certificate duly signed by ONGC representative, IMR-AIMS, ONGC and OEM representative. 8.0 Bidder is requested to read Scope of Work & Terms and Conditions before quoting. 9.0 Bidder has to follow the price format strictly. 10.0 Payment shall be made at actuals. 11.0 Rates should be firm during the entire duration of the contract and no escalation will be allowed under any circumstances. 12.0 Price format will cover the complete scope of work and bind all the terms & conditions. 13.0 Bidder to submit a certificate to the effect that the prices quoted for the services of same specifications are neither more than applicable international price list nor more than what they charge to other customers. In case of rates against any of the services against the contract are found to be higher than that charged on other occasions during the currency of this contract, the contractor shall reimburse the differential amount to ONGC.
