| 1 | Labour charges for 04(Four) nos operating personnel for operation and guarding of all pumping machinery of each pump house by manual panel including operation of valve, disinfection arrangement, internal/ external illuminations with all electrical installation as per specification round the clock guarding of the whole installation with all accessories. |
| 2 | Periodical inspection twice in a month by electrical supervisor having valid supervisor certificate of competency from directorate of electricity (licencing board) govt. of West Bengal or under any other state Government of India along with pump technician/Supervisor each visit should be recorded in the Log Book (with date and time ) to be supplied by the agency and kept in the pump house building. The supervisor requires to have through/ in depth instruction of all yhe electrical appliances to ascertain the healthy/fault free operational condition of each equipment i.e VCB/HT switch gears, Transformer, LT power switch board, MCCBs, LT PDB cum MCC Panel, Pumps, Valves, Valve actuators, Relays, Contactors, SFU along with in house lighting system and checking of healthy condition of all drawout feeders.
