Note: (1) Tariff Rate Shall Be Exclusive Of Taxes And Levies (Self- Generation Tax, Network Charges And Any Taxes In Future) Incidental To Connectivity And Operation Of The Solar Plants After Commercial Operation Of The Solar Plants After Commercial Operation Date (Cod). These Taxes And Levies Will Be Borne By Railways. (2) The Rates Quouted Shall Be On The Basic Tariff Rate Only And All Present And Future Statutory Levies/Charges Taxes Like Self Generation Tax, Network Charges Etc. Will Be Paid By Railway To Discom And No Recovery Need To Be Made In This Regard From Spd Of Monthly Bills. (3) Monthly Payment Will Be Made For 25 Years At Fixed Tariff Rate For The Kwh Of Solar Power Generated And Sold To Railways.
