| 3 | The consultant shall provide all professional services required for obtaining technical scrutiny and approval of the Working Estimate from the competent authorities of the Jal Shakti Department. The scope shall include, but not be limited to, the following: Examination and review of the Working Estimate before submission for technical scrutiny, preparation and compilation of all technical documents, schedules, abstracts, designs, quantity statements, rate analysis, drawings, and supporting calculations required during scrutiny. Revision of drawings, estimates, BOQs, calculations, specifications, and design documents as required during the scrutiny process. Coordination with the Executive Engineer, Superintending Engineer, Design Cell, and other authorities during technical scrutiny. Deputation of qualified technical personnel for meetings, presentations, discussions, and clarification of technical issues before the scrutinizing authorities. Assistance in obtaining administrative and technical approval by providing all requisite documents and clarifications.
