2Chipping of unsound/weak concrete material from existing surface with manual Chisel and/ or by standard power driven percussion type or of approved make including tapering of all edges, making square shoulders of cavitiesincluding cleaning the exposed concrete surface and reinforcement with wire brushes etc. and disposal of debris for all lead and lifts all complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.
3Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood)shutter including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc. complete andstacking within 50 metres lead
4Drilling suitable holes in Reinforced Cement Concrete slab using power-driven drill machine to a depth of 50 mm to 75 mm to introduce steel bars/anchors, including fixing the steel bars in position with epoxy resin anchor grout of approved make, but excluding the cost of reinforcement, all complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
5Design, providing and fixing structural steel work in built-up sections, trusses, and framed work, riveted, bolted, or welded as required, including cutting, hoisting, and fixing in position true to line and level, complete with application of one priming coat of approved steel primer over all surfaces; including providing and fixing carbon steel galvanised (minimum coating 5 micron) dash fastener of 10 mm dia, double threaded, 6.8 grade (yield strength 480 N/mm²), counter sunk head, comprising 10 mm dia polyamide PA-6 grade sleeve, including drilling of holes in frame, concrete/masonry, etc., all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
6Providing and fixing centering and shuttering including strutting, propping, etc., and removal of form work for the specified structural components, using approved quality shuttering material to ensure true line, level, and finish of concrete surfaces, complete with necessary supports and props to withstand the load during casting, and dismantling/removal of the same after attaining requisite strength of concrete, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
7Providing and laying in-situ cement concrete of mix 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand of Zone-III derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate of 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) for the specified structural component, including hoisting, laying in position, compacting, curing, and finishing, complete with all materials, labour, and tools required, as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
8Providing and fixing Thermo-Mechanically Treated (TMT) reinforcement bars of grade Fe-500D or more, of 12mm diameter and 8 mm diameter as per the instruction of engineer in-Charge including cutting, bending, binding with annealed steel wire, and placing in position complete, as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
9Providing and fixing PUF panel roofing of 50 mm thickness, comprising factory-fabricated sandwich panels consisting of PPGI sheets on both sides with rigid polyurethane foam insulation, laid to a two-way slope of 1:4 over approved structural steel framework, complete in all respects; PPGI sheets shall be minimum 0.50 mm thick conforming to IS 14246, of minimum 240 MPa steel grade with zinc coating not less than 120 GSM as per IS 277:1992, epoxy primer of 5–7 microns on both sides and polyester top coat of 18–20 microns on the outer surface; PUF core shall have minimum density of 40 ± 2 kg/m³, with panels tongue-and-groove/cam-locked to ensure watertight joints; panels shall have minimum projection of 300 mm from eaves and gable walls and shall be flushed at gable ends; fixing shall be done using self-drilling self-tapping screws with EPDM/rubber sealing washers, including J-hooks and nuts where required, ensuring complete sealing up to the sheet pitch; ridge joints shall be covered with 0.50 mm thick PPGI ridge covers fixed with self-drilling screws and rubber fasteners, and all joints, edges, penetrations, and abutments shall be sealed with matching 0.50 mm thick PPGI flashings to achieve complete weatherproofing; panels shall be supplied with protective guard film of 20–25 microns to prevent damage during transportation and erection, with necessary provisions for service pipe outlets through the roof, along with providing and fixing suitable PPGI/GI water gutters complete with brackets, supports, jointing, and sealing, all as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
10Providing and applying 12 mm thick cement plaster of mix 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand) on windows and pedestal columns, including scaffolding, raking out joints, watering, curing, and finishing to true line, level, and plumb, complete with all materials, labour, and tools required, as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
11Providing and applying synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture on new steel structure, including preparation of surface, applying two or more coats to give an even shade and smooth finish, complete with all materials, labour, and tools required, as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
12Finishing new walls with acrylic smooth exterior paint of required shade, including application of putty at required places for a smooth and even surface, over and including one coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm, followed by two or more coats of acrylic smooth exterior paint applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm, complete with all materials, labour, tools, and scaffolding required, as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge
13Providing and fixing factory-made uPVC glazed/wire mesh windows comprising lead-free uPVC multi-chambered frame, sash, and mullion/coupler (wherever required) extruded profiles, having minimum wall thickness of 1.70 mm for Series R1 and R2 and 2.10 mm for Series R3 and R4 profiles conforming to EN:12608, duly reinforced with galvanized mild steel sections of required shape and size as per CPWD Specification, complete with uPVC extruded glazing beads, interlocks, inline sash adaptor (wherever required), EPDM gasket, hardware, SS-304 grade fasteners of minimum 8 mm dia with countersunk head and matching polyamide PA-6 grade sleeve for fixing frame to finished wall as per IS 1367 (Part 1 to 14), plastic packers, plastic caps, and necessary stainless steel screws; frame, sash, and mullion profiles to be mitred cut and fusion welded/mechanically jointed and sealed at all corners, including drilling of holes for hardware fixing and water drainage, with the gap between frame and adjacent finished wall filled with weatherproof silicone sealant over backer rod of approved size and quality, all complete as per approved drawing, CPWD specification, and direction of Engineer-in-Charge; providing three-track, three-panel sliding window with two glazed panels and one wire mesh panel, complete with aluminium channel for roller track, wool pile, and nylon rollers with SS-304 body, using R2 series profile with frame (70 mm & above) x (40 mm & above), glazed and fly screen sash (25 mm & above) x (50 mm & above), fitted with zinc alloy (zamak) powder-coated touch locks with hook (height up to 1.2 metre).
14Providing and fixing profiled skylight polycarbonate sheets manufactured through online extrusion process, thickness ranging from 0.70 mm to 3 mm, with co-extruded UV coating of 40 microns ensuring 10 years weather resistance warranty and light transmission of not less than 85%; sheets to have anti-glare white diffuser colour with 100% light dispersion ratio, conforming to ASTM D2240 for Hardness (Shore A), D412 for Tensile Strength & Elongation Break, D624 for Tear Strength, D573 for Heat Resistance (change in hardness, tensile strength & elongation), D395 for Compression Set, and D1171 for Ozone Resistance; sheets shall also conform to fire test as per EN 13501 and shall not show breakage due to loss of impact strength/weathering effect when tested as per ISO 6603/1-1985(E); roof light extruded corrugation profile shall match the main roof profile to ensure a leak-proof assembly, with installation carried out as per manufacturer's recommendation and complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
