| 12 | S & F of precast I-shaped column of size 2400mm x 200mm x 200mm (prepainted and colour is as per Engr-in-charge), having flange thickness of 60 mm and web thickness 80mm will place on pcc base size 750mmx750mmx100mm, grouted into pit size 600mmx600mmx900mm. using shuttering with concrete ratio 1:3:6, having a cap fixed at top of the column, having 4mm thick high tensile tendom steel 10 Nos in each column which is made of high performance self compacting concrete (SSC) of M-40 Grade, cured under controlled factory conditions, all manufacturing process must comply with indian standards, the curing process must be maintained using RO water and chiller plants for quality assurance, the formwork used for casting should be made of automobile-grade, water-tight steel, enabling the production of highly accurate and consistent components concrete mix design of IS-9103 with weight of each column at least 185 kg (tolerance limit 1.5%) complete all as specified and directed as per Engineer-in-charge.NOTE - (i) PCC of sub base and grouting shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of BOQ. (ii) Contractor to get the approval of precast factory within 15 days of commencement of work and all precast item will be supplied from single OEM to ensure quality. (iii) Please refer drawing sheet No 1/1 to 1/2 for pillars & panels is enclosed. (iv) Contractor shall upload MoU with precast fabricated manufacturer meeting all the condition and specification as mentioned in CA during the time of bidding. (v) Prior technical evaluation, rep of GE (West) Lucknow will visit to precast factory to verify eligibility criteria of Precast factory of uploaded MOU by bidder. If precast factory given in MOU will not meet eligibility criteria of Precast factory as given in MOU shall be liable to be rejected. (vi) The contractor is adivised to quote their rates as per MOU accordingly. |
| 13 | S & F of precast panel have oval size hollow design (prepainted, colour and design as per Engr-in-Charge) of size 3000mmx750mmx75mm having 8mm dia steel bars in panel which is made of high performance self compacting concrete (SSC) of M-40, cured under controlled factory conditions. all manufacturing process must comply with indian standards, the curing process must be maintained using RO water and chiller plants for quality assurance, the formwork used for casting should be made automobile grade water tight steel enabling the production of highly accurate and consistent components, concrete mix design of IS-9103 with weight of each panel at least 270 kg (depends on design) complete all as specified and directed.NOTE - (i) Contractor to get the approval of precast factory within 15 days of commencement of work and all precast item will be supplied from single OEM to ensure quality. (ii) Please refer drawing sheet No 1/1 to 1/2 for pillars & panels is enclosed.
