1Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Portable HT Underground Cable Fault Locator System suitable for locating faults in 11 kV XLPE/PILC underground power cables, comprising complete integrated fault detection and route tracing equipment including all accessories, connecting leads, batteries, carrying cases, software and operating manuals, consisting of the following:(a) Surge Generator, output voltage adjustable from 0–32 kV with minimum energy rating of 1000 Joules, suitable for high resistance fault conversion and pinpointing of cable faults.(b) Surge Receiver/Acoustic Fault Locator for detection of acoustic and electromagnetic signals generated during surge fault location, complete with headphones, sensors and digital indication.(c) Cable Fault Pre-Locator capable of locating open circuit, short circuit, earth fault and high resistance faults on underground cables up to 100 km route length using advanced TDR/ARM/DECAY methods with digital display and memory storage facility.CONTD TO 1.01
