5Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing butexcluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with:1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)
6Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing butexcluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)
7Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for:- Retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters buttresses, plinth and string course fillets, kerbs andsteps etc.
8Random Rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth including leveling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 Cement : 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) upto plinth level and curing complete with:-Cement mortar 1:6 (1 Cement : 6 coarse sand)
912mm Cement plaster of mix: 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand)
10Providing and mixing approved waterproofing asmixture (Dr. Fixit or equivalent in cement at the recommendeddosage, including propoer measuring mixing with cement mortar, and ensuring uniform distribution to improve imoermeability and enhance the durability of canal lining complete as directed by the Engineer-In Charge
11Pointing on stone work with cement mortar 1 : 3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand):-Flush/Ruled Pointing
12Providing and laying damp-proof Course 50 mm thick with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement:2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and curing complete
13Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m.
14Providing and fixing precoated galvanized iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) 0.50 mm (+0.05 %) total coated thickness with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineer-in-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling/self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shapewherever required.
15Hireing of L&T matchine (excavator for steamlining of the intake dressing of and side slope, including operator charge,fuel/lubricants and all incidential operation required for satesfactory complition of work complete as directed by the engineer- in- charge
16Structural steel work in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete:- Welded
17Carriage of material by Mechanical Transport including loading, unloading and stacking up to site of work.
18Stone soiling Quarry for an avg. lead of 24 kms
19Aggregate. 20mm for an average lead of 21 kms
20Aggregate. 40mm for an avg. lead 21 kms
21Sand for an Avg. lead 20 kms
22Cement for an avg. lead 15 km
23Steel for an avg. lead 24 km
24Carriage of material By Manual Labour including loading, unloading and stacking for lead 100 mtrs
