| 1 | Extraction of silt, old sand from the filter bed within all leads and lifts disposing of all surplus extracted silt sand and sludge within all leads and lifts as per the entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge including dewatering etc complete sand, stone aggregate and broken stone to be stacked properly for placing again in the filter bed as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. |

| 4 | Removing white wash or colour wash by steel wire brushing and /or scrapping sand papering and pareparing the wall surface smooth inlcuding necessary repair to scratches complete in all leads and lifts. |
| 5 | Finishing wall with water proofing cement paint of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on decorated wall surfaces (one coat) to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing thesurface to remove all dirt,loose or softened paint. |
