Supply Of 4 types of set of carline , set of carline for 3 ph memu dmc titagarh coaches., as per drawing: mp26car dmc3tg version 0 [ warranty period: 30 months after the date of delivery ] ] , set of carline for hsspart medical van., as per drawing: mp26mvspartcarl ver sion 0, packing instruction: pi185 version 02 carline assly:- the supplier shall pack the one c/set (segments) of carlines in a suitably designed robust returnable mettalic cage/ st ructure in such a way that carlines shall not get entangled, damaged, twisted , dente d during transportation, storage, handling and lifting and to avoid scratches on out er surface suitable enviroment friendly cushioning material is to be placed between t wo segmemts. transit damage if any shall be at the cost of supplier. the packing cage/s tructure to be fabricated by using sq. tubes channels/angles having sufficient streng th to bear approximate one tonne material load in static & moving condition of one co ach set of carline. the bottom part of this packing cage//pallet should be such that cu rvature profile of bottom carline should match with the profile of packing cage and i t can accomodate fork lifter arms for lifting & transportation. it should have standa rd clamping/fastening mechanism to facilitate easy unpacking & unloading. it should ha ve firms dentification/colour mark. the packing cages along with set of carlines suppl ied in one lot be retained by rcf & this cage set shall be exchanged in the second lot s upply and so on. at the end of the contract, the firm shall collect the remaining retur nable packing cages from rcf. it should also be suitable for storage of carline under open sky. packing slip should be pasted on each cage showing p.o. no., pl no., descriptio n , drg no./spec., qty., firms name & address and despatch date etc. for identification.
