After above said treatment apply two coats of hot blown bitumen @ 1.5 Kg /Sqm for each coat and laying APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3Kg/Sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (wt. not less than 150gms/Sqm) land on primed surfaces by forced application APP based polymeric membrance and providing 40 mm cpvc pipe of 30 cm length for spoting in floors , tile work shall be carried out 2 to 3mm spacer filling with epoxy grouting complete all as specified and directed.
