1Design, fabrication, supply and installation of Kitchen Exhaust Hood fabricated from 24 Gauge Stainless Steel Sheet (SS-304), complete with grease filters made of 24 Gauge SS sheet, suitable stiffeners, hanging arrangement, fixing accessories, etc up to satisfaction of EIC.. Size: (i) 2450 mm × 900 mm × 500 mm – 1 No. (ii) 900 mm × 900 mm × 500 mm – 1 No.
2Supply, fabrication and installation of Stainless Steel Exhaust Ducting fabricated from 24 Gauge SS-304 sheet, including bends, reducers, flanges, joints, supports, clamps, hangers, sealing, weather protection and all accessories required for complete installation up to satisfaction of EIC.
3Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 19-inch diameter Axial Flow Exhaust Fan complete with 3-phase, 415 Volt, 2850 RPM, 2 HP motor, having minimum 5000 CFM air suction capacity, including MS angle support frame, vibration isolators,foundation/fixing arrangements, electrical connection from the nearest available power point, earthing and all necessary accessories for proper operation up to satisfaction of EIC..
4Testing, trial run and commissioning of the complete exhaust chimney system, including necessary adjustments, balancing, demonstration and handing over in satisfactory working condition up to satisfaction of EIC.. Please Enable Macros to View BoQ information
