All useful materials such as stone, shingle, aggregates, sand shall be sorted out and stacked along the road side which shall be not less than 1/3(one-third) for blasting work hard rock, 1/6(one-sixth) for soft blasting work and 1/10 (one-tenth) for jumper work in all cases failing which recovery shall be done at the prevailing market rates. Any loss to the public property shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor which shall be duly compensated by him as per the directions of the Engineer-in Charge i/c carriage of material within all leads and lifts The rates includes octroi , roylity, Malkana,Toll-tax,sale tax or any other tax imposed by the Government. A recovery of useful stones for 653.26 cum @ Rs. 300.00 per cum shall be done on pro-rata basis in each running bill for this item. |
