2Removal of fallen Bastion no. 3 wall malba/debris of with the help of labours and stacking the material at suitable place lead 150 to 300 mtr. and which can be reuse etc complete.
3Taking out old budged stone rubble masonry portion from top to bottom facing lake area with carefully and stacking of serviceable material and disposed of unserviceable material from site to dumping ground near Talaqi Gate from site to a lead of 300 mtr and lift upward upto 15 mtr.
4Provision for grounting the cracks as per the existing structure for streathing and filing the gaps with Providing, drilling, fixing, injecting and removing of PVC nozzles upto 100 mm dia and at a 250mm c/c in grid pattern. 1. Drilling hole using drill machine for fixing PVC nozzles from the bottom of slab. 2. Cleaning the hole and fixing of PVC nozzles with lime mortar.(Lime mortar in client scope) 3. Injecting Mape-Antique I using pressure machine.(Cost of material not included) 4. Once the grouting is complete, cut the nozzles and reprofile the surface with lime mortar.\\"
5Supply and injecting Super Fluid, salt resistant, fillerized hydraulic binder based on lime and Eco- pozzolan for consolidating and strengthening Lime structures.
6Application cost for all above processes will be (Item 3 & 4)
7Taking out loose & buldged of north & south corner kangoora and fort wall portion very carefully without vibration and disturbing the other portion of bastion from site to a lead of 300 mtr and lift upward to downward 16 to 30 mtr.etc complete.
8R R Masonry with lime mortar 1:1:1(1 lime:1 surkhi:1sand) with DQ stone and fix the header stone for fill the inside part of north & south corner kangoora and fort wall portion as per evidences with necessary for proper strenthing the structure .
9Provision for consolidation of loose structure to spreading and filling the gaps of over hanginig stone & wall of Bastion no 3 with lime mortar 1: 1 : 1, (1 lime , 1 coarse sand , 1 surkhi mixed with 50% brick zira upto 10 mm including curing with in 500 mtrs lead & approx 26m hieght complete.
10\\"Provision for fixing of heavy ashlar veneering masonry with hard stone / DQ stone as per evidences available on existing wall to prevent the further along by using available stones lying under the debris including supply of all material\\"
11Provision for core filling with 75% new & 25% old available RR hard stone in superstructure above plinth level with lime mortar (1:1:1) and stone aggregate 20 to 40 mm nominal size for leveling of the coarses of masonry to match the original including supply of all material,T&P and required labour to complete the work upto a height 26 mtr.
12Taking out and chisling old damaged & decayed of lime concrete very carefully including disposal of rubbish with lead upto 500 m lift of 10 to 26 m above ground level.
13Providing and laying lime concrete bed with 20mm to 25mm thick brick blast mixed with 50% lime mortar in ratio of 1:1:1 (1 U/lime ,1 surkhi ,1 Sand )after compacting of loose soil, including beation and ramming for finishing the top surface and adding adhesive material comlete with in 500m lead and lift of approx 26m.
14Providing & fixing uple (cow dung cakes) for supporting and propping system of dome (dhula) shape of roof and top layer of dome masonary in proper semi circle shape with laying a layar of mud including removal of shuttering after completion of work.
15\\"Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position all complete. \\"
16CR/RR Masonry as per original pattern with lime mortar 1:1:1(1 lime:1 surkhi:1sand) as per evidences with necessary for proper strenthing the structure etc complete.
17Earth work in excavation by manual means over areas/ plinth of the monuments by a small trenches in patch manner to prevention of capallery reaction of monument and without damaging to structure including disposal of excavated earth, lead upto 500m and lift upto 10 to 20 m disposed earth to be levelled and neat by dressed.
18Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)
19Taking out existing CC interlocking paver blocks from footpath/ central verge, including removal of rubbish etc., disposal of unserviceable material to the dumping ground, for which payment shall be made separately and stacking of serviceable material within 50 metre lead as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
20Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge.
21\\"Random rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) upto plinth level with :7.1.1 Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)\\"
22Providing and laying damp-proof course 40mm thick with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 12.5mm nominal size derived from natural sources)
23Supplying and filling in plinth with sand under floors, including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete.

26Providing and laying factory made chamfered edge Cement Concrete paver blocks in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc, of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over 50 mm thick compacted bed of sand, compacting and proper embedding/laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. 16.91.1 60 mm thick cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern.
27Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, up to seven story height made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps andM.S. staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it there after. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge. The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose. The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of caffolding.Note: - This item to be used for maintenance work judicially, necessary deduction for scaffolding in the existing item tobe done.
