Auction For Contract For Vending Various Miscellaneous Items (Excluding Food And Pdw), Such As Laptop And Mobile Accessories, Cosmetics, Artificial Jewellery And Accessories, Toiletries, Stationery, Books, Showpieces, Toys, Footwear, Bags, Goggles, Etc., In Sleeper, Second Sitting And 2Nd Class General Coaches Of All Trains Operating Across All Sections Of Lucknow Division, Northern Railway, Under The Jurisdiction Of Lucknow Division, Northern Railway, Excluding Vande Bharat, Rajdhani, And Any Other Special/Premium Trains. All Terms And Conditions Shall Be Governed By The Scope Of Work, E-Auction Standard Conditions Of Contract, And Applicable Railway Policies And Guidelines. The Vendor Shall Ensure That All Products Are Sold At Prices Not Exceeding The Maximum Retail Price (Mrp) Printed On The Respective Packages/Products And Shall Not Be Permitted To Sell, Offer, Or Provide Any Kind Of Service To Passengers Under This Contract.
