2(b) Shifting of Iron & steel items at site belt and Shifting of old & scrap items to scrapyard.
3(c) Dismantling of old 40% of new(3.556MT)=1.422MT
4(d) Fabrication & Erection of iron & steel items.
5(e) Installation and alignment of conv. belt+gear box,head drum, take-up arrangement after work as above said work.-7.864+4.158+2.096+8.860=22.978MT.
6B. Rectification of damaged tail frame (non-drive) arrangement along with replacement of worn-out chain link assly. tail & head sprocket assly. bottom & side liner plate, bottom & top runner with mother angel of unit no. 213 chain conv. (a) Shifiting of new chain link assly. + head & tail spkt assly. +tail frame arrangement materials. (2.360+1.268+3.106+4.693)=11.427 MT and Shifting of old to scrapyard.(2.539+3.119)=5.658MT
7(b) Assembling of chain link assly. And chain link lining and Installation of chain link assly.+ H&T spkt. Assly. 2.36+3.628=5.988MT
8(c) Dismantling of chain link and H & T spkt assly. 70%bof new (3.628MT)=2.539MT
9(d) Dismantling of liner & plate and tail frame arrangement 40% of new (7.799MT) (4.693+3.106)=7.799
10(d) Fabarication & erection of liners & plate and tail frame arrangement.
11C. Plate fixing on discharge chute of 213 chain conveyor . (a) Shifting of new plate and Shifting of old to scrapyard.
12(b) Dismantling of old 40% of new (3MT)=1.2MT
