| 1 | Supply of 18 MGD Capacity Submerged Submersible Water pumps for the duty parameters of discharge 3409 cubic meter, head 18 meter, working voltage 415=10% 3 Phase, 50 Hz=5%, A/C Supply, having 996 RPM, outlet size 500 mm and 50 meter power & control cables MOC: Impeller: CF8M, casing: C.I.F.G. 200/260, Shaft: SS410. Taking into consideration the specific site requirement of continuous pump operation under partial submergence of the motor, the pump has a jacket cooled motor with integrated cooling system conforming to IS6362. The motor Should have integrated cooling system has its own coolant which is circulated inside the jacket. The coolant never ever comes in contact with the pump liquid (raw water in the present case) and is sealed in the jacket. The pump is suitable for continuous operation on its entire operating range. The motor rating is selected to meet the pump requirement. Even if the water level drops Upto 2 meters (at Min. level of 7 Feet), The pump will continue to operate at full efficiency, and there will be no need to shut it down. |
