| 5 | Dismantling of old Sluice Valve from the backwash line after cutting of all nut bolts with the help of gas cutter from the Backwash line including MS pipe, MS Tee etc and taking it out from the drain channel with all safety precautions. This job also includes the shifting the valve as per instruction of engineer in charge. |

| 7 | Installation of Sluice Valve with nut bolts, rubber packing in existing backwash line. Lowering with the hydra/ manual labour & installing the same. Making collar and welding the same along with the flanges and connecting the complete system. Grouting of headstock operating mechanism at platform with required civil work. |
| 8 | Hiring of Long Boom Crane hydra for loading, unloading, shifting & installation of Sluice Valve. |
| 9 | Supply of synthetic rubber packing/ insertion sheet of 50% neoprene for MS pipes and Sluice Valves.Make: Jyoti/ National/ DJB approved. |
| 10 | Supply of Nut bolts and washers of good quality. |
| 11 | Painting of MS pipe, MS flanges and collar Joint with Red oxide primer and enamel paint. |
