Tecycling pavement by cold miling of existing bituminous layers, planning the surface agter cold milling, reclaiming excavated material to the extent of 30 per cent of the required quantity, hauling and stockpiling the reclaimed material near the central recycling plant after carrying out necessary checks and evaluation, adding fresh material including rejuvennators as required, mixing in a hot mis plant, transporting and laying at site and compacting to the required grade, level and thickness, all as specified in Clause 519. |
