| 1 | De-hydration/ filtration of transformer oil by employing online filtration plant to achieve di-electric strength of minimum 50 KV at 2.5 mm gap including following work services :- (a) Removal of all suspended particles such as dust, rust, scales, collided carbon oxidation sludge etc upto < 1 micron. (b) De-hydration of transformer oil under vacuum. (c) Circulation of heated oil and filling of treated oil in transformer tank. NOTE : (i) Contractor shall use the portable filtration plant with suitable size heavy duty hose pipe. (ii) The transformer oil required for replacing/top up shall be measured and paid separately (iii) Testing and issuing test reports for di-electric strength (before and after filtration) and acidity of transformer oil |

| 13 | Material and labour for repair of AB switch 11 kV, gang operated of any type & size including cleaning of male & female contacts, greasing of all moving parts, replacement of all unserviceable contacts, insulators , replacement of GI pipe used operating AB switch complete all as specified and directed. |
| 14 | Material and labour for Servicing/Calibration of HT 11 KV VCB along with CTs/PTs of current rating upto 800 A (Make- Schneider and Type/Model- PIX-MV) by drawing out breaker assembly from panel and carry out the following work:- 1. Overhauling of all moving parts,2. Tripping latch and closing latch seating on tripping and closing shaft checking,3. Vacuum interrupter Travel checking,4. Vacuum interrupter Wipe out area checking,5. Tripping coil, closing coil, Spring charging motor functional check,6. Isolating contact weariness checking,7. VCB rack in/out functional checking,8. VCB Mechanical interlock function will be checked in both TESTS, SERVICE position.9. VCB electrical wiring checking,10. VCB ON/OFF functional checks by both Manually/Electrically,11. Contact spring compression load checking,12. Insulation testing shall be checked for VCB. 13. Auxiliary switch/Motor limit switch condition/functional check.14. General checking of all Mechanism parts such as Main cam, linkage assembly, connecting pins, clips, “E” clips, Split pins, spring dowel condition checking etc.15. All fasteners tightness checking16. VCB Housing Replacement & Alignment work,17. Vacuum interrupter Replacement & Alignment work,18. Calibration of Relays, Meters & switches Replacement & Wiring Work(18) Checking all end terminals, Tightening the nut bolt and washers, replace the unserviceable nut, bolt & washers, draw-in the breaker, put in position, engage the VCB with the supply system and testing for smooth functioning.
