| 10 | Cutting down the plants/ trees of girth n.exc. 15cm from roof tops/ sides of external walls of building, chajja, wall junctions & at junctions of rain water/ waste water pipes including taking out the roots entered in to wall/ slab surfaces; making good surfaces with PCC 1:2:4 type B0 or cement mortar (1:2) including repairing the GI/ CI/ PVC pipe joints which were affected due to cutting/ taking out process after applying suitable herbicide including making good the disturbed surfaces to match the adjoining surfaces complete with necessary scaffolding/ staging/ Jhula etc, with all necessary safety precautions up to 4 storey height complete all as directed and as specified. |
| 11 | Providing erecting, removing and taking away steel tubular scaffoldings/formwork using vertical props, horizontal ties and diagonal bracings and other necessary members, nuts, bolts, clamps etc. complete as directed. The scaffolding/formwork shall be retained till the work is completed in all respects including curing etc. and after completion of the work; the scaffolding/formwork shall be dismantled and removed out of the premises complete all as specified and directed. Note : formwork to support existing structure and paid as floor area of supporting structure |
| 12 | Drilling 12mm dia holes up to a depth of 75mm maximum and fixing 8mm dia L shaped anchor rods as shear connectors at every 300mm c/c on the surfaces of the columns/beams or any other structural member as the case may be. Clean the same using water and make sure that there are no fine particles present in the hole. Fill the drilled & cleaned holes to a minimum depth of 2/3rd of the hole with the epoxy anchoring resin of approved make . Make sure that the resin has reached till the end of the hole. At this stage push the shear connector gently in to the hole & finish off the excess resin which comes out of the hole & allow the shear connectors not to get disturbed for min 20 minutes complete all as specified and directed.
