| 1 | Day to day round the clock maintenance of Electrical Installation of both non-residential & residential buildings/floors/blocks incl. 11KV Sub-station, compound illumination and other ancilliary electrical utilities/gadgets etc. installed within the Hospital Campus, College Campus and 4 number different Hostel building of Calcutta National Medical College & Hospital as per prescribed annexure in Part A (SCOPE OF WORK), Part B (TIME SCHEDULE WITH NAME & ALLOCATION OF THE BUILDINGS WITHIN MAINTENANCE COVERAGE) and Part C (GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS OF MAINTENANCE) by engaging following different catagory of personnel.[ 3 shift per day in weekdays as well as in all Saturday, Sunday & Holidays] |
| 2 | Deputing one Highly Skilled Electrician having ITI Certificate and 11 KV License with Workman Permit i(b), ii, iii, iv, v, vi (a), vii (a) & viii (a) for one shift per day |

| 5 | Note: 1 In the absence of a leap year, the standard year consists of 365 days. Any potential extensions can be seamlessly adjusted based on the calendar year.2.Shifts calculation. (Duration-1 Shift X365 dayes=365 Shifts)(Duration-09 ShiftsX365dayes =3285 Shifts)(Duration-11 ShiftsX365dayes =4015 Shifts)3. The provided Rate per Shift should include a comprehensive set of expenses, encompassing not only the service itself but also the provision of minor maintenance materials. These minor maintenance materials include items such as nuts, bolts, washers, Spring washers, sockets, split pins, jam nuts, fastnuts, lubricants, anti corrosive paste, cloth, sand paper, WD-40, insulation tapes, spare cable with Al & Cu sockets of different sizes and types and other similar consumables that may be necessary for the maintenance work. Additionally, this rate should also includes the rental cost of a sufficient quantity of maintenance tools, ensuring that at least three sets of each tool types are made available at all time at the site. These maintenance tools may include items like heavy duty drill machines with drill bits, crimping machine, spanners, allen keys, pliers, Stripper, clippers, testers, Digital multimeters, IR Thermometer, 500V Meggar, Earth Tester, screwdriver sets, allen key set, blower motor and so on.Furthermore, as part of the all-inclusive package, the rate covers the provision of supply of all log books and register books necessary for record-keeping and documentation during the maintenance work. |
| 6 | It's essential to highlight that major materials such as tube lights, fans, switches, sockets, wires/ cables and similar items are not encompassed within these rates. These major materials are typically provided by the department, and their cost is not included in the all-inclusive Rate per Shift. |
